The people that work here completely ignore you if they are busy. They should at least acknowledge your presence an say i will be with you in a second

Went in at exactly 10:38pm of October 3rd 2025. As I just got done working, I felt the need to grab a blizzard for accomplishing a task I did. Employee taking orders proceeded to say âof course she would come right now.â Then proceeded to give an attitude and cut me off as I wasnât done ordering. Overall 1/10 customer service. Nothing but rudeness.

The manager Katie is not friendly nor cares about the quality of food she serves. I stopped by to get my kids a snack. They all ordered chicken strips with ranch. I noticed the ranch given was curdled and bad. Called the store to let the manager know. She was rude, wanted to argue about how there is no way it could be bad as it doesnât spoil which is a flat out lie then proceeded to hang up! House made ranch typically has a shelf life of 2 weeks. Happy I stopped my kids in time because the management doesnât seem to care.

Went there for ice cream that was always expensive and they asked if I wanted a pup cup for my dog in the back and they gave it to meâŠ. $3.50 for a baby portion of ice cream for my dog. Thanks for telling me it wasnât free until after I paid, much appreciated. Used to go here every few weeks, now Iâm never coming back.
Their blizzards and ice cream had become so expensive for just a little bit. It's ridiculous. They might as well just go out of business
