My biggest complaint would be when ordering food and ice cream in the drive through, they will give you the ice cream and have you pull up to wait for the food. Melty ice cream is not what I had in mind.

Very rude staff. Something I noticed about businesses around the South Bend area, all close their doors 5 minutes before actual closing time.
Horrible, extremely rude employees with Z-E-R-O customer service skills. As an added bonus, they refuse to add sprinkles to the ice cream cones. (WTF?!) They say that you have to add them yourself and give you them in a separate container. LOL. I think hell has officially frozen over, in the form of this South Bend's Dairy Queen. Never again. Corporate, please take note!

I got directions to this DQ because I wanted ice-cream... and now I want ice-cream again because I didn't get it yesterday.. and im gonna want it tomorrow... dangit it dangerous!! Ahhh..

This is the only Dairy Queen that I've been to that has runny gravy. I'm not sure what they're doing wrong, but I'll go elsewhere when I want chicken strips with gravy. Everything else seems to be on par here.
