This Dq has messed up so many of my orders it’s not even funny, it’s ridiculous. The last FOUR TIMES IN A ROW, they have messed it up. It’s super annoying, they’re the closest location to my house and I hate having to drive across town to the other location but it looks like that’s what I’m going to have to start doing if I don’t want to have to keep driving back to get them to fix it. They usually fix it for me but it’s just annoying it’s happened soo many times at the same location. And I’ve gone both inside and through the drive thru and have delt with various workers. I’m thinking they must not train or treat their employees very well because you can tell they don’t really care that much.. but I guess I can’t blame them, working fast food sucks.

I pulled up and ordered a 6 PC chicken strip basket and a double bacon ranch combo meal. First thing is that the order taker was just like what can I get you. I placed my order and specifically asked for a 6 PC chicken strip basket and the other combo meal mentioned. Was told my total and to pull around. I paid and then looked at my receipt which is good that I did cause my tender basket was rung up wrong. I kindly mentioned to the young girl in the sweatshirt that I had asked for a 6 PC and not a 4 PC. She told the girl (believe had washed out red hair and an airpod in her ear with a headset on) that it was suppose to be a 6 PC and she just rolled her eyes clearly looking at me while doing it. Attitude while getting the other 2 pcs. The young girl in the sweatshirt was apologetic about the mistake but the other needs to check her Attitude. I get working in fast food sometimes can be annoying, trust me been there done that, but when you aren't either repeating your order back to the customer or being distracted by having one air pod in your ear of course you're going to mess something up. I don't get why places are letting kids/adults get away with wearing airpods at work anymore. And on top of it not teaching their employees that things you do or even say can affect what people think of the store and those that work in it. This location has got to do better. This isn't the first bad experience we've had at this location. Last bad experience was a couple months ago when we ordered blizzards through doordash and they were made wrong. Really think this DQ needs some retraining, some ground rules (no phones/airpods) while on the clock, and overall having workers who care to actually work.

The first time we went, they asked us to pull up past the window and after 10 minutes they forgot we were there lmao. Figured we would give them a second chance and this time the order was incorrect. I simply don’t have the time or patience for their chaos while clocked out on lunch.

Apathetic, slow. Employees walking in smelling like a marjawana dispensary. Disgusting. Except for the dude at the register. He was pretty chill.

We went through the drive through to get a couple of blizzards. The small Blizzard costs $5.79! I do t think we will go back for a blizzard anytime soon. That was pretty expensive. And the person didn’t get our order correct. My husband ordered a medium blizzard but wound up with a small one. At least we were charged correctly. It was just kind of expensive.

Ordered the $7 meals with the ice cream. They got the ice cream ready and had it sit on the counter and melt while we waited for the rest of the food. Then they gave us the wrong drinks.
