Just stopped by this afternoon for a box of Buster Bars in the drive thru. Very nice lady at the window.

The service in the drive thru was amazing. Shout out to the girl who was working it. Whoever made my Oreo cheesecake blizzard. Props because that was the best one I have ever had! Perfection!

We waited more than 20 minutes waiting in line for our food and cars were not moving. We left because it never moved. I am thinking if they did this in purpose because the close at 10:30p.m. It's a shame that this location is closer to my home but the service is so bad. Please do better!

Traveling through and stopped to get lunch. Did not eat there because I went to the restroom right away, and one of the employees was in there and walked out without washing his hands. Grabbed the family and left right away.

I ordered a Lg peanut butter cup Blizzard with extra peanut butter cup stuff at 1:51:28 on 4-11-25 thru the drive-thru. (DT40)
What I received was a vanilla Blizzard with not even enough peanut butter cup in it to even color it. Now granted they didn't charge me for the extra ( I didn't find this out until I returned home) but, it should have tasted like what I had ordered.
Frustrated with slackers and half-assers...

This Dq has messed up so many of my orders it’s not even funny, it’s ridiculous. The last FOUR TIMES IN A ROW, they have messed it up. It’s super annoying, they’re the closest location to my house and I hate having to drive across town to the other location but it looks like that’s what I’m going to have to start doing if I don’t want to have to keep driving back to get them to fix it. They usually fix it for me but it’s just annoying it’s happened soo many times at the same location. And I’ve gone both inside and through the drive thru and have delt with various workers. I’m thinking they must not train or treat their employees very well because you can tell they don’t really care that much.. but I guess I can’t blame them, working fast food sucks.
