This store ignored me for a good 5 to 10 minutes for a door dash order. And did not have the order

Coffee was fresh. Very polite customer service on New Year's morning nonetheless

Ordered a large Chai Latte through Uber Eats. It got to my door half empty and tasteless. The large cup was 50% foam, so I just paid more for less. I'm pretty sure I just got a half full cup of lukewarm milk without any flavored syrup. What a waste. $16 total just out the window.

Many changes from the Dunkin of 40 years ago. Used to be able to sit at a counter, enjoy your coffee, donut, and newspaper. Not as big of a selection as there used to be. Donuts are still good as is the coffee. The employees were young and friendly.

Horrible service. Was not even spoken to so took my business to the chocolate company. As a long time Dunkin guest I hope you all can do better

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had to displeasure of experiencing. Had to wait several minutes for the drive through worker to acknowledge us only for him to be borderline unintelligible. After having to explain our order of lattes and hash browns we were told to pull to the window without being told what our total was. Whatever, it happens at fast food places sometimes. Get to the window, here’s where the service goes from bad to worse. Worker stuck his hand out, said nothing of what we owed again. My father hands them his card, we received our coffee and food. Worker does not hand us back the card. Wait several minutes until we have to get their attention. They can’t find the card, we checked the bag and found no card. After several minutes of searching my father finally sees where the card is. It’s laying on the ground between the window and the car. Apparently the worker handed it with the bag on the side facing away from us and dropped it. Literally every other place hands you the card separately OR with your items facing you. We were out of town as well so losing that card would’ve been disastrous. Workers offered no apology and treated it as if it was our fault for not grabbing it (again it was on the side of the bag facing away from us and the worker said nothing about handing back our card). Extremely frustrating experience, topped off with the fact that the hashbrowns were cold and soggy, the bags holding them literally felt like a wet diaper. They also gave us two orders instead of one, which we were probably charged for. Couldn’t tell you if they did, because there was also no receipt to be found. Probably fell alongside the card somewhere. The lattes were good, so at least they have something going right there. Only other highlight was the fact that my father, a god fearing Christian, was so frustrated with how they lost his card that he dropped an f-bomb (not directed at the worker I should add). Very amusing since it was the first time in my 20 years of life that I’ve ever heard him say that. Back to the point, service is terrible and so is the food. I hope they can improve this location but I wouldn’t get my hopes up. Even with better training for the staff I sincerely doubt they’ll improve their attitude towards customers. Judging by other reviews it wouldn’t be a surprise to see this location close. Personally it would fill me with unbridled joy to see the whole building bulldozed. Peace and Love!!!

This Dunkin has been on point for the past month! Try the White Hazelnut Bark iced coffee, you won’t be disappointed! Helen has always been so nice at the drive-thru window. It feels like they have a good crew right now and I hope they keep up the good work 🤞🏽

Donuts are made in house and not really fresh. Coffee is mids compared to Biggby. The staff and mgmt lack personality and basic customer service skills

I went in and then left back out immediately once I saw a worker with his hand inside the crack of his pants, while wearing gloves, and looking at the donuts. No thank you.

The food and drinks are good. The employees stare at you when you walk in, they don't say anything. Theyre rude and it makes you feel like you're a problem there by asking a question because there's nothing on the menu. The women's bathroom is DISGUSTING. I walked into the bathroom and the first thing I saw was that the trash bag not in the can. The toilet was filthy and so we're the walls.
