Went to drive thru, the tried to tack on a $1 donation without my consent. I am all for feeding children, and probably would have donated if they asked. They never asked, never disclosed my total, and tried to skip the screen super fast so I didnt see before I pulled around. With such a long line, how many other people did they pull this on?

I don’t write reviews because I never felt the need but that changed today as I feel people should be made aware. Dunkin is one of my go to places, but today I was extremely disappointed and probably will not go back to Michigan St., South Bend. The food was great as always, but as I am pregnant, I cannot have caffeine so I asked for decaf which they gave, but they put espresso in it instead, and when I tried to explain espresso has caffeine they just gave me milk in return a full cup of milk not what I asked for. On top of that, they couldn’t understand me they spoke a different language very extremely disappointed and very unprofessional on their part. Not to have someone who understands. So thanks Duncan my favorite coffee place never going again.

I go to this location quite regularly to get my large berry burst spark energy with extra light ice. They’re one of the few Dunkin’ Donuts that will actually do “less ice” And not give me less drink as well. The gentleman with the glasses that usually helps me in the drive through is always super sweet! Keep up the good work guys! 😊💜

Ordered on the app to pick up in store. And the doors were locked. Which forced me to go through the drive thru and the male who was working drive thru was rude and very unhelpful. It's one way to lose business.

9-13-24. Young man behind the counter made me the best cup of Joe since we started this road trip. He could have served us some “older” brew but I think he got a notion we needed a worthy cup. He handed us our coffee and wished us a “blessed day”. I want you to know young man that I sense you can accomplish much in life, keep God first and go for it. :)
