They don't make bagels.... Buns with holes... The Maple French Toast has no hole, it is a bun ! Terrible example of a bagel !

I ordered a coffee and 1/2 dozen muffins through doordash. I read the reviews and was kind of nervous because I had read a few bad ones recently. I decided to pull the trigger, and I am so happy I did. The coffee is AMAZING, and the muffins were a huge hit with the office :) I will be back to try other menu items!

I've had this place blacklisted for deliveries for awhile, unfortunately though I occasionally have to accept a delivery for here cause constantly declining their doordashes tanks my acceptance rating. Place Is always slow as fuuuuuuuck and whoever is managing the place needs to step up and do his job. It's honestly no surprise that someone drove through the building. Also you know the economy is bad when Fiona has to leave the safety of shreks swamp and get a job here. Thankfully after letting my frustrations with the place be visible the agreed to blacklist me from doing deliveries here. That's an absolute win in my book. You have any idea how bad your service has to be for me to put your company on my delivery blacklist?

Recent visit the dining area was dirty. Bought bagels to go and half were stale. First time I've experienced stale bagels there.

I was having troubles with my app go put an order online for a larger order. When I called in, the guy who answered the phone was super helpful and offered to just take my order over the phone. It was a great way to start my day with the care he provided trying to get an order in my my company’s safety meeting this morning!
The bagels have gone way down in size. Although prices have still increased. They were out of several shmear flavors. The dining room was packed, and they had a very large table with messy paperwork all over it but not even being used, so people could not sit. The front door is inoperable at the time. The twice baked hashbrowns are horrible.

I personally don't see what people like about the place the food is ok at best, the service is abysmal we say in the drive through for 30 mins just to take an order we called them and asked if they were open they told us they were busy and to wait?? There was 2 car in the parking lot

I ordered through drivethru. The lady kept saying she couldn't hear me even. So when I spoke up she told me not to get mad. She also kept calling me sir which I am not. I will not be going back. Very bad first impression

Waiting in the drive through more than 15 mints after ordering.after we got home we found burnt bagels tasted so bad . Bad service bad food .

I grabbed their chorizo bagel sandwich a few mornings ago, and realized it was contaminated. I was sick the rest of the day and am still recovering. This tells me A. They are not using fresh, quality ingredients or B. They are not following health protocols or C. Both. I will never come here again.
