I am not a review leaving type of person. But when it is bad it's bad! I just ordered a brisket bagel with a couple extras on it which cost extra, a cinnamon roll and a fruit cup. I paid like 40 bucks. I used door dash so delivery fee etc. My meal from here was about 26 bucks. The bagel had barely and I mean barely any brisket on it considering one big chunk was fat then my other couple pieces had meat hard as a rock on it. I paid 18.14 for just the bagel...The photo made it worth paying the money but to my surprise it was not worth it at all! Everything tasted like it was old. Meat tasted old. My cinnamon roll was literally hard as a rock even though the menu states it is ooey and gooey. It was old and stale for sure! The only thing that was enjoyable was the fruit cup. Also door dash came right on time. Has nothing to do with door dashes service. It was all quality of products. I basically paid tons of money for a fruit cup. Very disappointed. Would never order from again probably. Costs way too much money to be given junk/old food.

They would have received all 5 stars had the person I ordered from displayed some basic customer service skills. She was snappy because I was asking questions about some bagels. She acted like I interrupted her day yet I was the only customer inside. A tip jar…… I did pass this time for obvious reasons. I highly recommend Einstein bagels and I also highly recommend a new or repeat of employee customer service training.

It has great bagels but don't go there on a Monday they had slim pickings at 12:15pm barely any bagels left. I know it's a bakers dozen on Monday, but they missed out on a lot of sales because there was nothing much left. I watched drive thru after drive thru ppl leave because they had a crappy selection. Great bagels the staff seemed burned out or just don't like their jobs.

Their POS was down this morning which made for a slow process, but once my order was in, it was ready really quick and well made. Great job to the team for dealing with such a terrible situation so well. I know I would not have been able to keep it so straight and act so calm.

After a workout, delicious!Did get an order miss up, got charged a large when asked for a small.Didn't mind it, I love coffee, recommend having cashier employees repeat or clarify the order

Normally when you get service this bad, you at least get good prices. But they’ll charge you almost $20 for two sandwiches that you have to wait 25 minutes for even when their lobby is empty and there’s only 2 cars ahead of you. I’d maybe put a people person on the drive thru at the very least, it wouldn’t hurt a bad situation to at least be treated with a kind tone.

My recent experience at Einstein Bagels' drive-thru was overshadowed by the rude and disrespectful behavior of one particular employee. Upon receiving our order, we were dismayed to find that our coffee was cold and stale. When we politely brought this to the attention of the employee, she reacted with offense, as if our complaint was unwarranted.Despite our patience, the replacement coffee we received was no better. The employee's condescending remark as she handed it to us only added to the frustration. She said, "This came from a hot pot, go ahead and try it for me," in a tone that implied we were being unreasonable. It felt a little warmer and I thanked her and drove off , and to my surprise the coffee she gave was even older and I felt like it was microwaved.While the bagels were as delicious as usual, the poor service and attitude from the employee have left a lasting impression. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior, especially from a place I have previously enjoyed. Sadly, I will have to think twice before returning to this location.

I recently visited Einstein Bagels for the 3rd time, and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were incredibly rude and had terrible attitudes. They made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my entire visit. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.*South bend-23 location

Coffee on tap was good, my breakfast was pretty good, staff was loud and rude, I accidentally spilled coffee and they made me feel very unwelcome and seemed very irritated even after I apologized several times.

Avoid this place. They have consistently failed to send us the correct order, my wife and I are officially done giving them chances.We use DoorDash but they are not the issue. The receipts for our orders are correct and accurate, this issue is with Einstein employees just throwing whatever they want into the bag and sending it out. They could care less about the details of the order, a sandwich is a sandwich and a pastry is a pastry.Doordash takes care of reimbursing us when we report it, this is not the issue. The quality of the food is not the issue. The issue is the annoyance of opening my food to see they got it wrong AGAIN and having to deal with the headaches of making it right AGAIN. If it’s out of stock, be better about keeping those lists updated. I just want my damn bear claw!We’ll be ordering from Panera from now on.
