My food was good but not great. I was there in the middle of the afternoon and the service was good. The item is ordered was listed as $14.99 on the menu but I noticed later, I was charged $17.29. After tax, my meal came to $18.50. Signs at the entrance state they charge extra for both debit and credit cards so that raised the meal to $19.19. My tip was another $4.00.
Would I recommend this restaurant? No. Mexican restaurants are on nearly every block. You can do better than this one.

Food was good. We.split shrimp fajaitas,.daughter had.steak tacos and son in law had Pollo poblano. All very good and reasonably priced. Grandkids enjoyed it too!

Great Mexican restaurant on the Michiana border. Taco Tuesdays are hard to beat as far as price and options! Good salsa & queso. Get the Carnita Taco, Mexican Style! It's great. They have a good atmosphere inside too; great for casual or business meetings. Friendly staff. Not world-class service, but above average.

First time there and it was a great experience. The staff was on point, very nice and accommodating. The margaritas were delicious! Portions for the meals were big. I got the fish tacos. That was the most fish I've ever gotten in a fish taco and it was so good. Everyone enjoyed their food. I really like the little carafe with the salsa and each person had their own salsa dish. Highly recommend!

When all other options failed. This place came in clutch. I went around town for a typo of pepper and no where to be found after looking at their menu and saying they sold that same pepper in a meal I called and asked if they could sell me some fresh ones.... surprisingly they said yes. Making my home cooked me perfect. So for this I rate their staffing service above and beyond. They not only got me the right ones but double checked to see if it was the right ones and also were very kind and polite. Other local places flat out said no not available to be sold fresh. This isn't a grocery store. And other phrases but not el arriero they said yes amigo we cam help you out please come and see us. Incredible responses.

I travel the whole USA trying new food.. This Mexican restaurant was absolutely amazing. I eat Mexican food almost twice a week. Wasn't forsure what I wanted, so I decided to venture out. The host at front desk was flawless. He very helpful, polite, and kept the FOH very clean. Recommended a dish that was spot on, flavors were like fireworks in the mouth.. I returned the very next day for seconds. I will return. Ty cooks, management, and FOH keep it up!
