Pleasantly surprised is how I describe this wonderful dining experience. Established 4 years ago, El Tecate serves up large portions of seafood, libations, and atmosphere. When you walk in you will hear very loud music and smiling faces. You'll need to walk to the counter and then pick your seat and the waitress will follow you with menus. The menu is extremely extensive so pick a drink and spend 10 minutes browsing. I chose the strawberry margarita and it was delicious....
Food and atmosphere was great. It gets pretty busy so it might take a while for you to get situated down or you’ll have to sit yourself down. There was live music when I was here but I’m not sure if it was restaurant ordered or ordered by a customer. There’s tv and a table to sit at to have fun and drink with friends. Kid friendly but a bit crowded if the place is full. Parking across the street is limited if it’s busy and it fills up quick. wheelchair accessible.

This is around the fifth time i think i got their food. I cannot stress enough, personally the seafood broils ive gotten are absolutly delicious and have a nice kick! This time they didnt have the platter i was looking for but they had a different one. I still loved it and enjoy that it was an affordable price and more a personal meal.
