Wandering around the city looking for a late night dessert, so found this place! Don't mind the 'hopefully' under construction Lowes wallpaper exterior.

We enjoyed a Cake Batter scoop in a waffle cone (quite a bit of ice cream for one scoop but also it was like $6 or $7 so....) and a coconut milkshake (also pricy at like $8 for the large and it was just them blending soft serve vanilla, milk, and coconut flakes). Still, tasted decent.

Enjoyable hard serve hand dipped ice cream cones with lots of flavors, can choose cake, sugar or waffle cones. The tacos were cold, unseasoned ground beef on cold flour tortillas and a disappointment. Staff is super nice and friendly.

Fat Boys is a rare and delicious treat in the culinary desert that is South Bend. Portions are generous while not overly sweet -- and don't forget the many topping options! In all, a vibe to satisfy any sweet tooth.
