Fat Cap Smoked Meats

Good was good but the fact I paid $10 for these little amount of turkey tips and I was suppose to get a 1/2 Is insane !!!!

My ,opinion, ribs needed more spice , brisket ,alittle dry, needs to add tallow , Mexican corn i could eat a gallon of it, jambalaya outstanding, with all I said I'll be going back , very tastey , they are now my goto for BBQ , Yes I do my own smoking so I know how hard it is , everyone is a critic , but it's the little things that shows they take pride in their business, from the guy wrapping the jambalaya with foil to keep it warm and from leaking to the gal that tied the bags so the sides wouldn't dump . We'll worth the trip.

Great brisket and incredibly friendly staff. They turned on toy story for my 4yr old son and even brought him some sweets. Very good, I even bought some to take home for later. Looking forward to making another trip!

My favorite restaurant in the area. Great food and even better service.

Best smoked wings around. Also the brisket is amazing and melts in your mouth.

One of best BBQ spots we ever had even traveling south this place gives run for money. The meat is perfectly cooked and has that flavor and just the right amount of smoke. The smoked turkey tips and the pork belly are phenomenal and the homemade BBQ sauces are too. Highly recommend this spot a hidden southbend area gem. Doesn't leave an after taste in mouth like other places have been highly recommend for BBQ cravings each time.

One of my favorite places to get a pulled pork sandwich or a chicken one! The sauces are amazing, the dude that works there (I think may be the owner) he is so nice . Everyone that has gotten my order has been so welcoming and pleasant. It's definitely a gem in town ?

Went there tonight (10-26-24) for rib tips, got home,I had 7 rib tips ,small ones at that,a lot of fries because I ordered 1/2of an order(ot was a lot).the food was okay, but I expected more than 7 small pieces of meat. Service was nice,but won't b3 going back .

Food was nothing short of amazing for our whole crew. I mean, it may be the best bbq place I know now, plus the owner and the staff are friendly and more than accommodating for all of us. Service was super fast fresh, and we will be back every dang chance we get. Place is a must stop for bbq

I've had a lot of BBQ around the 574 area and Fat Caps is by far the best around. No one can match the smoked flavor with the home made Alabama sauce.

Went in for the first time today, hands down the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had. Great rib tips, sides and sauces. They are going to be catering our son’s wedding and can’t wait. Staff is professional and very friendly. Solo and Veronica are wonderful and have answered a lot of questions. Highly recommended
