Horrible experience. The worst I've ever had at any bar or club.I came out to Finnies for a friend's birthday. Once I came up to the entrance the guard, I believe his name was RJ, (Mixed race, freckels and wore a brown beanie, with khaki overalls)He let me know that plain white tee shirts were not allowed. I asked "Really?" As I was unaware of this, but it isnt a big deal. The guard replies "Yes" and nods I say "Ok" and return to my car to see if I have something to wear over my shirt. I return and walk on the outside of the guard rail to ask the guard if it was OK if I wore something like a jacket or hoodie over my shirt.As I approach, the guard is shutting me out and won't even make eye contact as I walk over to ask.I proceed to ask politely. He becomes very annoyed and replies, "Well you could, but you're gonna take it off once you start getting warm in there, and the problem is my staff are TRAINED TO MAKE YOU LEAVE IF YOURE WEARING A WHITE SHIRT"Before I could even reply to that, he then claims that I "caused a ruckus" inside. I give him a confused look, and then he says, "YEA, THOSE FRIENDS YOU JUST CALLED ARE CAUSING A RUCKUS"I didn't call anyone to tell them to make a ruckus whatsoever.I proceed to tell the guard, "I didn't call anyone, or tell anyone to make a ruckus"He sarcastically says "Yea", rolls his eyes, and ignores me. After that I just walked away back to my vehicle.Finnies used to be one of my favorite spots to come out to. I missed out on my friends golden birthday. I will not be returning.

Literally had the worse experience of my life tonight was just out with my brothers and some friends trying to enjoy my birthday when me and my brothers were racially profiled at the door by the guy with the freckles checking ids at the door he literally lets all our yt friends in with no problem with their regular state IDs or drivers license then when he got to me and my brothers he all of sudden started asking us for student IDs but wasn't asking anybody else for theirs our friends were even telling them like y'all let us in with no student ID so why do they need one and the lady literally told our friend that the guy checking ids at the door could basically at anytime he felt like it ask people if they have a student ID which is technically against the law literally the rudest staff I ever met that's not ok And shouldn't be tolerated not to mention we drove damn near 45 mins to southbend just so I could celebrate my birthday with my brothers and we couldn't even do that bc ppl don't know how to do their job correctly it's a bunch of bullshit just a lil fyi I literally rate this place A 1star I do not recommend at all you should always treat ppl the way you want to be treated properly

Great place, many people who enjoy the great DJ and the drinks ad well. Dancing lounge is sufficient and the music although sometimes old it's relevant ?. Har a great time and going back for more. Also Beer Bong Play is random. Why people who lost stay for more?! But love the settings! Get Better!

just went here this weekend and was denied entry without a student ID on friday night. then came on Saturday night with my student ID and ID, mind you I am 22 and have never had a fake ID, and was denied entry at the door 3 times by the bouncer who would refuse to tell me why he is denying me entry. complete dick and kept agreeing with me saying my ID is real and he "doesn't have time for this right now, i have a line to move". so I went and talked to the owner and he let me in. staff is super rude and trashy

Not really fun at night plus security is too grabby. Wouldn’t let me leave out the front door and I was literally grabbed by some security lady and told “you have to go out the side door like you were just told”. First of all, the speaker is right by the door, I didn’t hear her say that, there was no reason to grab me. Second, I’ve left out the front door many times before with no issue. Can’t have fun when security is acting like demons. Plus half the time they hit you with “sorry, need a student ID to get in”, who kept you in business when the ND kids were away for the summer? ? This place is college trash.ALSO, they have a $10 debit card purchase minimum, and they charge $2.50 for water, so I couldn’t even get a water after I was drinking to drive home because I didn’t have cash. If you do go bring cash I guess.??♀️
