Positives -The flavor of the barbecue sauce was good. Baked beans were also good .
Negatives- Rib tips not tender at all and some of the pieces were not edible. Baked beans had pieces of bones in them.

If I could rate it 0/5 I would. My mom spent $50 on this for my sister, her, and I. It was burnt, the wait was super long so we assumed it would be fresh. Guys, pls don’t waste your time or money going here. Customer service 2/5.

Everything was on point just little to heavy handed on the paprika on the potatoe salad at first I didn't know what it was because I didn't know they put it on the potatoes salad like that but my food was delicious and tender cut fine 😋 there a picture of my potato salad

Good morning 🙏 I'm a new costumer the Ribs was very good the first time but I came back three weeks later and I had a problem I live 45 miles away I called them and explain what the problem was I spoke to the manager I was surprised when I spoke to a lady that I would love to have her on my Team she was Very professional she asked me to come back around 330 that sam day and I did she took good care of me and now I'm a Regular customer because she didn't send me through changes and I respect that......see y'all soon

Been eating Frankie’s since I was a little kid, just had some tonight. Ribs were tough, almost definitely boiled, like my aunts and uncles used to say back in the day 😂….still the best (if not only) bbq in town. Fries were burnt to 🤷🏾♂️. Prices have jumped too.
