Great spot for a bite to eat! Service has been stellar each time I've gone and the food comes very fast. Chicken fajitas are awesome! Birria tacos are great! Can't go wrong with chips and salsa shortly after you sit down.
Quickly becoming a spot my wife and I have added to our short list of good places for eats.

When you can get it the food is really good, but I have consistently had a very hard time actually getting my food. Twice I've placed doordash orders here just for them to cancel them, I've also has a Dasher had to cancel orders because they were taking 20 plus minutes

Prices have gotten ridiculous at this place, and the last time that I went the tortillas weren't warmed all of the way + the chicken tasted fake.
Times before that were good, but the crazy prices coupled with the drop in quality will unfortunately prevent me from returning.

Went in today to get some mexican corn with steak “Loaded Mexican Corn” ive had it at a couple restaurants. Asked the lady if they could make it possible she made it seem like i gave her a jigsaw puzzle to figure out when I simply wanted steak in the corn went back to the kitchen her and an employee were talking in the language looking at laughing at us like putting steak in corn was something crazy and i got steak in a separate container charged 2 extra dollars for steak that wasnt even in the corn and the corn cup is small wouldn’t buy the corn from this establishment
I just went to Franky's Tacos for the first time and it was delicious! I ordered online and they brought the food out within 5 minutes of ordering.

Can't say enough good things about this place. We eat at this neighborhood spot frequently, both sit-down and take away--too much if I'm honest. But the food is excellent and they're super nice and friendly. The Flautas Carnitas are amazing and my go-to. Wife tried the ramen--they even have a kind of ramen--and she loved it. I mean, it's all good. Definitely should be a destination for you if you like Mexican food.
