Cake was perfect and delicious! Definitely recommended! I went with just a basic vanilla flavor and was a bit scared it would be dry but it was not. We ended up reducing our cake size a month before and she was very helpful and nice about the change!

We reached out to Gloria about our wedding cake a few months in advance, and were thrilled she was able to fit us in. We ended up choosing a cake for ~100, with ~half in the banana + caramel flavor, and the rest with lemon cake and raspberry filling. The cake was delicious and absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Gloria to anyone looking for a beautiful cake for any occasion!
