Great Service, server was very prompt on making sure we were taken care of even though it was close to closing time. I just wish I could remember her name so management can know. Never been to this location before but would return.

Took the wife for a quick bite after work, and we really enjoyed everything from the food to the service that we received.

We had reservations for 6 p.m. on a Saturday night after waiting a 1 1/2 I ask where were a dinners. They claim they were busy. Very few people were in the restaurant. They were busy with carryout. The salsa taste like tomato sauce with some hot sauce. Very disgusting do nit recommend this restaurant will never go back

Food was pretty gross. It has been years since I have been there & I keep forgetting to go in w/ the attitude that it is just food, NOT Mexican food. Waitstaff was kind of slow & I did not see her waiting on any tables in our section until the end of our meal. Hacienda should just have a bar as their drinks are the only thing I care for. Wont be back.

We seated ourselves in the outside dinning area just off the bar. There were 3 tables in use, leaving several available. Every table we tried to sit at needed cleaned! It was a humid day, so I'll let that account for some of the stickiness on the tables, but humidity wasn't responsible for the bits of food and crums that were also on every table! Two of the tables had what appeared to be a spilled soft drink or mixed drink that had dried and was very sticky! The whole area needed a good cleaning. We ordered the shareable nachos with ground beef because how can you go wrong with nachos, right? Well, apparently, we were wrong! The ground beef looked old, like it had been sitting out for a while, there was very little cheese and only a small amount of sour cream, guacamole and an even smaller amount of tomato's, lettuce, and jalapeño. They were nearly flavorless! Thankfully, when we were first seated, the salsa brought to the table was there to save the meal! We ordered the frozen orange margaritas that were on special that day, and they were delicious. The service was on point, no complaints there! I hope they get the place cleaned up and improve the quality of their food because I've always enjoyed Hacienda, and I'm hoping we were there on an off day.

Food was good, but it took FOREVER for the orders to come out... like over 30 minutes! Despite lots of empty tables, we had to wait outside in the sun for more than 20 minutes. I suspect they had a shortage of kitchen staff. Out server was very good about keeping the drinks and chips coming once we reached our table.
