The manager idk her name because she kept covering her badge up but she has black hair and is white . She was there today 12/12/25 12:15 pm ish is when we got our food. I said no mayo and got my sandwich and politely told her I asked for no mayo and she got rude fast and kept saying we didn't ask and didn't even get a receipt . And my friend had a sandwhich that had hair on it and she went to talk to same manager who was rude and told my friend to get out of her face when she wasn't and we had to ask for a different manager . But the rude one finally remade our sandwiches but slammed it down on the counter and was pointing at us and be extremely rude

Wow! My husband and I ate breakfast at this Hardee’s today! We were so impressed! The food was DELICIOUS, fresh and reasonably priced. The restaurant was very clean. The manager, Sanjay, was making sure everyone in the restaurant was doing well and making sure our experience was a great one. He was kind and was a very hard worker. We will definitely return to this Hardee’s!
Also 2 thumbs up 👍👍to Hardee’s Corporate for bringing back the Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits!!

6:50 pm Tuesday night ordered food twice because apparently she wasn't listening. Then she got my drink wrong , because she didn't hear me twice say no ice. Then we get the 2 for $5 tiny tender wraps c'mon man that's a ripoff! Then ordered the grilled cheese bacon sandwich combo large double patty. Get to where we were going and open my double paid burger with only 1 patty ! So now the cook can't read! Not really wanting try Hardees anymore

I, too, was excited to eat here. I've been there now 3-times and each time they were out of something, and the service was so poor I should have left. The food not so good and I believe it is all the bad employees working there. Each time all the employees are rowdy, outside chatting, on their phones or doing anything but working and waiting for customers. I don't know who owns this chain, but I am sure at some point we'll all be seeing an empty building. This IS NOT the old-school Hardee's. This is lame eating experience for the high price of a sandwich. Oh, the coke was good and the lobby was clean.

I finally found the opportunity to try Hardee's again (it's been years) and I honestly didn't have a good experience. The signage on the building showed a sack of stuff for $6 or something to that effect. Upon entering i see the place is in need of repair. 2 employees working, one of those the manager. There's no mention of that sack lunch thing inside. After waiting a fair amount of time to order/receive the food, I sadly discover that the burger was probably a reheat from yesterday. The flavor was great but you could tell it wasn't made today. (I should have prefaced that this was about 11:45 am). You got my 12 bucks and I didn't get sick so let's call it even. Never again.

Wow no idea Ardees didn't make decent edible food anymore!! Shocking! It's been years and now they microwave cinnamon rolls and leave them raw for $3.50 super sad. I think fast good is dead now. Bye bye Hardees

Usually I buy Hardee's most of the time more than McDonald's or anything but when I got the Frisco it is usually grilled well this time it was I don't know why but also eat it but it's not what I thought I was going to get
