Wow no idea Ardees didn't make decent edible food anymore!! Shocking! It's been years and now they microwave cinnamon rolls and leave them raw for $3.50 super sad. I think fast good is dead now. Bye bye Hardees

Usually I buy Hardee's most of the time more than McDonald's or anything but when I got the Frisco it is usually grilled well this time it was I don't know why but also eat it but it's not what I thought I was going to get

We gave our kids the option to eat out for dinner tonight and they decided on this Hardee’s. We were just here last week. We love this location, the customer service and attention to each customer is top tier.
Nothing beats good food, clean environment, and great prices (reasonable). Our kids eat all their food and leave feeling satisfied.
KEVIN and KARLIE are the team to go to if you want quality service and food. These two could run 3 restaurants by themselves and they still would produce quality service/product. Someone give them a raise, they are here doing the Lords work. From cooking, maintenance, cleaning, customer service, hot food always make to order-come spend your money here-A MUST.
Although it’s a bit far for us, we’ll come here over anywhere else. Fast food where?

Got my order fast...mushroom and Swiss with extra mushrooms was perfect...and went back the next morning for biscuits and gravy..which are really good...the manager is very friendly and seems to know how to get things done.

The last time we ate here was pre-Covid. I’m posting this as we’ve finished eating inside. This is the SB location. Please see photos.
Pros: -clean eating areas. -clean surfaces. -clean/maintained soda area. *CLEAN ALTOGETHER* -food made hot to order (no one was inside but us, there was 2 at the window at time of ordering)-even with one worker present making food, that guy was fast and precise! -we were greeted right away. -volumes of television was appropriate (we could hear it whilst sat on opposite side of restaurant). -reasonably priced food (quality and quantity). -the Peach Shake is delicious! Next week is strawberry. -Karlie helped us at the counter and she even brought out our food and my shake. -well lit inside. -there was two employees visible and they seem to be the best because they were quick and professional. -no wait time. -clean and multiple parking stalls available.
Cons: -it’s not closer to us.

Manager coughed over the make table, the two other people working were not wearing gloves. Gravy was like water. I like Hardee’s, cmon people get it together. The lady bagging food said that’s as thick as the gravy is going to get and dismissed me, I asked for a refund. Gravy doesn’t drip off the fork like water… cmon now. It’s going to be a while before I come back, if at all…
