They were dealing with a massive rush this morning and were clearly behind . That being said the manager that was working today (clearly working with short staff) kept her manners and professionalism despite the circumstances . Some customers weren’t as patient as myself and were complaining but the staff was still polite with them . Very impressed .

Good and bad. The food was quick, hot and fresh. Dining room was a bit messy for how slow it was and the bathroom stank, but that's just how Hardee's rolls. I'll deal with it for that hand scooped shake.. What stood out most about this place was that the building was kinda new, but the exterior was falling apart. So watch your head walking in cause the tile above the entry ranged from missing, to fractured and partially connected.

I had a fantastic experience at Hardee's thanks to the two awesome employees working. They were super friendly and made sure my order was spot-on and fresh, even with a rush going on. Their positive attitudes and fast service really made my visit. Great food, but the customer service was the highlight. I'll definitely be coming back!

We stopped and grabbed a quick bite on the way home from vacation. The young man at the counter went above and beyond. My wife wanted some blueberry biscuits but it was later in the afternoon. He asked the cook, Otto, who was happy to make two for her. Very grateful. The food was hot and delicious. Can’t go wrong with the $5.99 deal!

I visit the drive thru for breakfast at least 3× a month and have always had great customer service and fresh hot food. They always get a fresh piece of bacon for my dog, without asking and he knows now when we're at Hardee's. Highly recommend!

This is the very first time I’ve ever been to this Hardee’s and I was impressed with the Male Drive thru & up front Cashier. He has the best memory and I say that because a few nights ago my roommate got some chicken tenders for me and his daughter but somehow we ended up short so I let my roommates daughter eat the chicken tenders that were in the bag because I feel it’s the right thing to do to offer a teenager/ kid/ young adult the food first and I just ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner that night. Anyways I spoke to that same gentleman on the phone that night about the food we were missing and he said he would make sure next time we came to Hardee’s he’d make it right. Well when I came through the Hardee’s door I only had to say that we were missing something in our bag the other night and he knew exactly what we were missing and he made sure tonight it was cooked fresh and I got the sauce I wanted. He just was very nice and the fact he remembered talking to me on the phone and what we were missing was really impressive to me that he pays that much attention to details about customers and to me he takes his job seriously and now a days that’s hard to find people who care that much. I thought the Hardee’s restaurant was very clean and the food was really good it’s the best I’ve ever had from a Hardee’s restaurant. I can honestly say I’ll definitely go back to that Hardee’s restaurant and I’ll tell my friends to go there as well.
