I have never had a bad experience here! I only order the South Bend Roll or New York Roll, and usually it does take a bit long to get my order but the quality is worth the wait. The portion sizes are also the largest in the area, and for the same price as several other sushi restaurants nearby. I also love that they have a drive thru!

I've dined in before which was a nice intimate meal. It's quiet and the service is wonderful. I usually get take out by ordering thru the app. My food is always hot and my order is always correct. Besides the food tasting perfect what more could you want?
Ordered delivery for New Years Eve and everything was amazing! Kids loved it too!! Only thing wrong was my fault, I didn't realize the meals came with rice since it prompted me to add rice so I had lots of extra rice.

I wish I could give them a zero. We ordered on Christmas - along with a million other people. We were told 90min. When we got there 90min later we were told another 60minutes. The service was awful & the girl was VERY rude & told us “well it’s Christmas.” Clear on the day & what our annual tradition is, however, misquoting by an hour is pretty significant! If not for how rude they were it may have not been an issue. We went to another JW Chen where it was a 20min wait despite being VERY busy & staff was MUCH MUCH nicer!

Cant Lie , Its Definitely Not The Same As It Once Was and Also Not The Same As The Location on Sample Street BUT Still Not Bad! The Bourbon Chicken is Good although its a bit sweeter than the norm. Its also Not the Same As You'd Get At The Mall Unfortunately. The Cheese Wonton Are Also A Nice Pickup but still pale in comparison to the infamous crab meat rangoon Which They Dont Offer.

Everything that is fried tastes like old oil, and out of the four different meals that we received they all tasted the same, Bland and no flavor. The meat in the potstickers are the least amount of meat I have ever had in any potsticker.
