We enjoyed everything about this hotel. Parking was easy, the hotel itself is clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and quick, making checking in and out very easy, and answering all our annoying questions about the area. The bartender was amazing and delightful, as was the gentleman at the starbucks. Overall, this has to be one of the best hotels in the area. A big thank you to you all for making our stay so pleasant.

Very nice hotel. Was charged $50 incidental fee to be refunded in 3 to 5 days. We are traveling the Midwest and so far have stayed in 7 different hotels. This is the only one that charged this fee. It’s been years since I was charged this type of fee. Not nice! Great location. Very close to Norte Dame campus. I used their washer and dryer. Worked properly. Charge was $2.50 per load per machine. Washer runs 20 minutes and dryer 60 minutes.

They moved us to the hotel next door…claimed they got our reservation after they were booked up. I reserved the room on Monday for Thursday night. Very disappointing and staff didn’t seem to care. Likely happens often is the feeling I got.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Rooms are large and immaculate. Breakfast is bountiful and delicious. Starbucks on premises. Common areas are comfortable. Staff provided outstanding customer service. Easy to get to. Highly recommend. Marriott is the best.

This place is not a coffee shop, it’s a lobby of a cramped hotel…The worker didn’t show up behind the register for 5 minutes and I lost patience.

Loved our stay! Easy to find, close to the highway. We found the hotel quite charming. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, and a nice breakfast was included. They even had bikes available for guests to borrow. Will definitely book again!

Needed a place to stay as we were passing through and found this online the day before our stay. We walked in and we were impressed with how nice the lobby was. Fron desk attendant was very nice- personable and professional. Our room was very nice. There's some signs of wear and tear, but the room was clean. No microwave in the room. That was a little inconvenient but we were able to use the one in the breakfast area. Bed was fine. Shower pressure was light. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices: pancakes, waffles, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, sausages and more. Was nice to have bottled water available, too. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

I had to cancel a one day reservation (for a thursday night stay)5 days prior to stay. Contacted hotel at 7:30pm — women at front desk refused to cancel reservation— I explained the details of the reservation required 48 hour notice and we were well within those parameters … staff became very rude, said she would cancel and then proceeded to email me a second reservation!! I explained her error and requested she cancel the second reservation as well and that I would wait to receive confirmation….well long story short…she proceeded to email me an additional 2 more room reservations!! Finally after 20 minutes on the phone she then emailed me 3 separate cancellations while becoming more and more unprofessional , short and rude with me. I called the next day, asked for manager ( which was refused). However this staff member was pleasant and confirmed I STILL had a room reserved-which she proceeded to cancel and send me a confirmation. If the management is interested the initial person I spoke with told me her name ….considering her attitude I don’t feel confident in her honesty regarding that information. I travel extensively and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. Hopefully, you address with your employee so your customers first impressions are not so poor.

Excellent hotel! Extremely clean with comfortable accommodations. Very easy check-in/check-out procedures. Bathrooms were immaculate with nice amenities and good quality towels. Bed was very comfortable with good quality linens.

I chose an Airbnb for game weekend, but was badly disappointed. I had overlooked staying at The Inn, but I assure you I won't make that mistake again! Everyone was very nice and professional. The room was very nice and clean. Gameday breakfast was superb. I did not utilize the gameday shuttle, but I may do this next time. I will definitely be back!
Our daughter is a student at Saint Mary’s college and the Inn is the perfect for move in as well as for visits as it is almost part of the campus. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the free shuttle is great!

In town for a wedding, this bar is in the lobby of the hotel we're staying in. Hannah is an AMAZING bartender, she's super friendly, makes great drinks, can keep up with a crowd, offers great advice on other places to go locally for food/drinks should you want to venture out.
