Was given a delivery time of noon. 12 mins before my scheduled delivery time, there is still no movement of my order on the app. Try to call the number to check on the status of my order. Let the phone ring 20 times. No answer. Called back acting as if I were going to place an order. Got an answer. Cancelled my order. Requested a refund. If you want to NOT get your cookies and request a refund - this is the place to go. Really a shame - your cookies looked better than the overpriced cookies from Crumbl. Guess I'll go back to my RELIABLE, hometown baker. Check out Adam's Bakery in Elkhart IN in you want a responsive, responsible business to handle your orders. This is not it. Perhaps they finally decided they needed a nap. 🤷🏼♀️

I just wanted to stop in and leave a quick note about our visit yesterday. We came in as a group, and right away we noticed that one of your workers—who’s usually incredibly upbeat, full of energy, and always brings so much fun to the experience—just wasn’t himself.
We later learned that there’s new management, and that they apparently don’t like him being so enthusiastic. Honestly, that’s really disappointing to hear. His positive attitude is one of the main reasons we go out of our way to come to Insomnia. He makes the place feel warm, welcoming, and memorable—and in a world that can be so heavy and negative, that kind of energy matters.
So, to the new management: please rethink this. You may end up losing loyal customers if you take away what makes this place special. A great product is important, but great people are what keep us coming

Nick — this man is not just a customer sales employee, he’s a cookie wizard, a pun professional, and possibly a part-time stand-up comic moonlighting at Insomnia Cookies. He didn’t just hand us cookies — no, no. He performed them into existence. I’m talking sleight of hand, dramatic reveal, and then boom — two double chocolate chip cookies and a bar so gooey it whispered sweet nothings to my taste buds. 👀🍪✨
He cracked puns faster than I could chew. My favorite? Like… sir. Please. My abs were not prepared to be worked out and satisfied in the same visit.
Nick deserves a raise, a cape, and his own Netflix special: “Cookies and Comedy: The Nick Chronicles.”
If you’re reading this and wondering if you should stop by — yes. Go. And pray Nick is working. He will change your life (and possibly your diet plan).

Stopped in for a sweet treat after dinner tonight and my husband and I were provided much more than dessert! The experience we had at Insomnia Cookie tonight was AMAZING! Nick was the gentleman that took care of us and the experience was unforgettable! Great laughs, communication, and vibes! Will definitely be back!!
