The server was really sweet, and the food and drinks we did get were really good but they were out of 2 wines we tried to order and 3 entrees. Not what I would expect from this place.

I would recommend Ironhand for some events but I don’t think they plan for some things. We went to their brunch and bingo this morning which was nice. The food was good and we always love the atmosphere. I was really looking forward to trying the flight of mimosas. It started at 10, we arrived at 10:15 and by 10:25 they told us they were out of flights. There were still at least 5 tables and more bar seats open. Then 20 minutes later we saw people getting mimosa flights. I ended up ordering the mimosa bar which was too much champagne for me and they gave a very small carafe of orange juice. (Barely enough for 2-3 drinks) If you are having a brunch you should plan accordingly. I will be back but I hope things like this get figured out.

Ironhand has really stepped up when it comes to planning fun events - something for everyone! I like that the menu changes frequently because I love to try new things. Looking forward to my next visit!
Racists bar, so they went on FB to cover their you know what made up a story so they wouldn’t look back
I was thoroughly impressed with my waitress Sherrie Saturday night . She handled an incredibly rude and entitled table next to mine with poise, respect, and patience, despite their unreasonable demands for a discount. They threatened to leave a bad review because they weren’t given a discount and she continued to offer variety of solutions to their problem. It’s clear she cares about her job and her customers! The food was great, and she made my experience wonderful. I will be returning soon and requesting Sherrie W every time!!

Went there today to pick up the two wines charged to my account as a wine club member. Surprise to me now on saturdays they dont open till 4. They use to be open for lunch. I asked can I get my bottles of wine and the lady said no. There’s no one here who can do that. Weird. They have already charged my card. And the lady is a person who has waited on us before. Sorry to say I will soon cancel my wine club membership. They have shrunk their hours. And obviously not concerned with clients who signed up for their new wine club. I have been a wine club member for a long time. And signed up for their new wine club

It was one of the best brunches I have ever had. The menu was amazing, and I was able to taste a couple of items. Excellent food!
Great place, if you aren't a wine fan this may not be for you. Food is delicious, and great mimosa and other options.

Be Careful What You Tip
I got dinner at Ironhand last night—the Napoli sandwich which was unexpectedly spicy and not what I thought I was ordering, with a side of potato salad (recommended)—and the bartender asked if I wanted to open a tab or close it out. This was before I got my food; she had just taken my order. I went ahead and paid, before getting the food, and I handed her a credit card.
We add 20% gratuity if you use a card, she said. You don’t have to leave a tip. Do you want to pay in cash?
Processing. I had eaten there before, paid with a card, yet this information had been withheld.
I don’t have cash, I said.
And so the 20% was taken out —for what service? I don’t know. To put a plate of food on the bar, I guess, food I still hadn’t seen. She hadn’t served me water, either. And yes, water is accessible on the dance floor, but I was sitting down to eat and being charged extra for no extra service.
If this is common practice, I was unaware. I told a friend and she was shocked, saying she pays with a card–and–tips, but she didn’t know the 20% was already being taken out.
How is it that a restaurant can get away with this?
It seems a bit like stealing to me. More than a bit.
