Placed an order at 6:16pm on Saturday, November 18 for a #5 and a bag of chips. Happened to need it delivered this time around. Food never came. Was *never* notified. Called at 10:30am on Sunday, November 19 and was told my order was voided due to no driver working. Would have been great for the business to inform me of anything, really. And then when I called to ask to speak to the manager, I could hear the manager talking to the individual who answered the phone but wouldn't take the call myself. Unacceptable, Jimmy John's. Do better.

Horrible customer service. I suggest “Kat” find another job if she’s going to treat customers poorly. If you’re dealing with the public you definitely need to work on your professionalism. Rude. Marshawn(sp) was helpful and apologetic for his pathetic employee. Not the 1st time he’s had to apologize for this person. Paid for my order never received anything. Was refused a refund.Talked to Nick the owner. Very professional. Handled my Issue on Sunday while doing family stuff. Never needed to do that. That matters to me. Thanks for the good service Nick.

This place Is a joke there website gets your sandwich wrong they can't fix it so pay 12.00 fir a sandwich you can't eat and throw in the trash and that say it not there problem is the website

There was one person working. They did not take our order for 10 minutes because they were on their phone. They then did not change their gloves and made our sandwich’s with the same gloves they used their phone with.

Took over an hour to get my food 0.2 mile away. The store is in the city so I'd rather get it delivered so I don't have to find parking. I also didn't get my correct order. Not happy.

I go to the South Bend/Mishawaka area once a month or so. When I do, I go to this Jimmy John’s. I don’t know who it is, but one of the employees at this location actually knows how to make a true southern style sweet tea. It is absolutely the best sweet tea you’ll get from any state north of Georgia. It has a good, strong tea flavor and is truly sweet. Whoever the employee is, thank you and please don’t stop.

If I could give zero stars I would! My niece and I pick up Jimmy John’s usually once a week on break. Well, just an FYI to anyone in the South Bend área, be sure to SKIP stopping at the 3600 Portage Road location!!! The rudest young lady works at this location. Aside from being extremely rude and having no manners, we watched her mess up making my sandwich on the wrong bread. Which, is no big deal.. but to fix it she literally took the right bread out, opened the old sandwich back up, took out the contents and placed it on the new bread. Again, not a big deal.. although I’d rather have just had a new sandwich made. But then, I watch her use her fingers like a rake and drag all the shredded lettuce, and whatever mayo she could get off the bread and slop it onto the new sandwich with her hand!!! It was the most stomach turning thing to watch someone do to the food their about to serve you to eat.Unfortunately, I didn’t think to ask for her name, but I’ll definitely be sure to find out. It wasn’t the first experience with this rude girl at this location, but was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt the first few times.

Delivery driver to the East Race area was amazing. Not only did he fix a few mistakes, but he came back quickly to make sure I was happy! This guy is awesome! The food was fantastic too. Thank you!

Jimmy John's is suppose to be Freaky Fresh and Freaky Fast so when it comes to delivery they stick to a rather small location around the store. Ok, that's fine. My issue is when I placed an order at 2:30 then was notified at 3:05 that it was on the way to me so I wait and I don't hear anything so at 3:30 I check the distance on Google Maps which say it's a 5 minute drive or an 8 minute bike ride (since I know the delivery people will often ride a bike) I then call the location and that's when I find out the delivery person who is riding a bike is making 4 deliverys on this trip. I don't have a problem that they did this what I have an issue with is not being notified of the delay. Needless to say NEVER order from this location if on a work lunch break unless you order a decent time before clocking out.
