I got a turkey sandwich and it looked like a lil John so I asked for a refund cause I couldn’t just brought that. The manager try to argue wit me about WHY . I told him how I felt about it not being the sandwich I brought and he kept saying WHY? I literally laughed cause I felt he wanted to get me outta character lol so I said LOOK I JUST WANT THIS TO BE SIMPLE I DONT WANT THE SANDWICH AND I WANT A REFUND. So after he started the refund he asked me for the change he gave me and I said it’s already in my purse some where. He looked at me like can u get it ? I said just give me the 9$ change u took that’s it! He made everything so complicated smh and he said he is the general manager

Ordered online today for delivery. Delivery came at a good time, but order was wrong. I ordered the Cajun kickin wrap and it came on their regular bread and totally wrong. It was missing toppings and had mustard on it which wasn't what is supposed to be on it. I don't like mustard either. Very disappointed. I called the store and the manager said sorry I can credit your account , but can't bring the right order since I have no delivery drivers for the night. I told her ok I may have to start ordering from somewhere else. She then said ok have a good day. Still left hungry. Totally recommend Firehouse instead.

Just ordered two sandwiches for delivery. After waiting over an hour, called to check on the status and was told the order was cancelled because of no driver. When asked why we weren't informed our order was cancelled the gentleman who identified himself as the manager replied "I don't know." No apologies, no explanation no effort to offset the inconvenience of waiting over an hour for food that was never going to come.

Had an online delivery, I tipped the driver $5 cash. He later submitted a receipt indicating I tipped him an extra $10 and he signed my name on the receipt. Wasn’t for an email indicating they added an extra $10, I wouldn’t have know it! It’s the white male with a white truck!! Please keep your eyes on him! Thank you Jimmy for refunding my money from this horrible incident !!

Absolutely horrible experience. Just went through the drive through and was greeted by the most rude behaving employee. He said he was busy and for us to wait in the most unwelcoming tone I’ve heard. I asked for light Dijon on my sandwich and they LOADED IT ON. Same with the Mayo. I had to use over 8 napkins to wipe the insane amount of condiments off. They cannot listen and lazily slapped my sandwich together. The bread was incredibly hard, something that I have NEVER known Jimmy johns for. I will NEVER visit this location ever again. Disappointment. Refund would be appreciated for this horrible experience.
