I just order 2 veggie no 6 and new mandarin veggie no mayonnaise add ranch jalapeño and the didn’t put any sauce.Then i call them and she said you can come back and we can gave you sauce.My point is only 1 order was in front of me, they are not busy too,We order every week at jimmy John, and now we are not going back.

Wrapped my unwich wrong so that the Jimmy John’s ink was all over the lettuce. We placed an order over the phone 30 mins before getting there so we could pick it up but they did not start the order until we got there. The lady who checked us out did not seem happy.
This is by far the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. I am a frequent Jimmy John’s customer. I like the food, but the brand is also built around being “Freaky Fast.” There was no line to order when I got there. It took a couple minutes before someone even acknowledged me and took my order. I then noticed that while there wasn’t a line, there were at least 5 tables with people seated who didn’t have food. What’s this? A JJ where you have to wait for your food so long that people start occupying tables? Took me over 20 minutes to get my sandwich. A good/normal JJ has your sandwich ready by the time you walk to the other end of the counter. This JJ location on the other hand gives slower service than you’d expect at many full service “sit down” restaurants.

It's definitely a must-have sub. My family loves Jimmy Johns. I really miss their Jimmy mustard & wish they also offered the crispy jalapeños as a topping option on the meatball marinara sub in their online ordering. All in All, the Vito is really tasty, the workers are always helpful & great, I love the extra lettuce option, & even their day-old bread you can purchase separately. Their prices have really gone up, but that's the same almost everywhere else.

This was the worst experience at a JJ ever experienced. We were driving through town and thought we would grab a quick lunch...wrong. This JJ was so freaky slow. Had to wait 30 minutes for 2 basic sandwiches. Not sure who was in charge...apparently no one. The crowd waiting was getting larger as we waited. I should have just canceled the order. The sandwiches were put together poorly. I guess not all JJs are the same. I will never stop at this one again.
