I ordered online and there was a late delivery cause they didn’t have anyone and the night shift manager was absolutely helpful and kind and remade it for me with no issues and definitely went above and beyond <3

I ordered the same sandwich as my cousin. Hers were perfectly fine but mine was completely wrong. I am done on purpose did you know Miss handling food on purpose get you jail time and then you charge me more than what it was worth and then when I complained and ask you to rectify the situation and take accountability and make my sandwich correct you said you're going to call the police on me. So that's tampering with my food on purpose charging me more than it's worth and then threatening to call the police on me false reporting and misuse of 911 congratulations I'm not done with that karma back right to you

I have been here a handful of times and encountered an unwelcoming atmosphere EVERY time. Today, there were workers openly and unapologetically cursing and telling personal stories right at the counter. This was the last experience I will have here. It was enough to gross me out. Even though the food tasted fine, knowing that there are extra people just hanging out behind the counter, chewing on a toothpick and witnessing so many other instances of disregarding rules, is enough for me to be convinced that the managers aren't manging. Owner, how do you not notice this? Be more involved with your business.

Ham has a lot of fat. Yuck. They put the vinegar and oil directly on the bread not the lettuce you can't even taste it. Makes the bread soggy.

I understand that I may get a picky order, but I always order pick-up and try to be understanding of the folks working there. I just feel very frustrated because it’s been wrong almost every time. It feels as though they don’t read the tickets for the orders. I understand the busyness and the difficulties working in the food industry, but I can’t help but get frustrated when this is the only location where I have issues. Thank you.

I just order 2 veggie no 6 and new mandarin veggie no mayonnaise add ranch jalapeño and the didn’t put any sauce.Then i call them and she said you can come back and we can gave you sauce.My point is only 1 order was in front of me, they are not busy too,We order every week at jimmy John, and now we are not going back.
