sitting at the drive through window, waiting on my order and I can see 2 employees slapping each other with a loaf of bread. Yuck. Won't be going back.
worst customer service ever! my order gets messed up ever time! I order a club lulu NO MAYO unwich- they always put mayo and bread. everytime I have it remade I get attitude. your employees need to clean out their ears and listen.
I am a regular at this Jimmy John's on Portage but this evening I was so upset due to the fact I ordered a JJBLT and a #12. That's what I order all the time well I get home and open the #12 and there isn't any meat on my sandwich.So I called and was told they were closed and before I could say anything the guy hung up the phone. so i called about 5 times and didn't get an answer. I drove all the way back to Jimmy John's and told the guy u guys didn't put any meat on my #12....read full review
