I chose Joe's for my husband's 60th surprise birthday gathering with 10 of our closest friends. The setting was casual but festive and friendly. The service was some of the best you will ever get. The menu includes your neighborhood bar favorites and we didn't have to "wait" for it at all. Everyone in our party commented on what a nice time they had. I look forward to returning soon!

I went with a few friends. The atmosphere they created in this place is awesome, I love the old-town charm!! The burger was amazing, the Hungarian goulash was fantastic, and our drinks were on point. Our server was amazing and we even got to talk to one of the owners and he's a really nice guy. If you're thinking about checking this place out, hears your sign.

We had dinner at Joe's, a burger, cod dinner and chicken sandwich. All were cooked to perfection. The decor is VERY South Bend and great for a neighborhood tavern. Our new favorite place to eat in South Bend!

Loved this place. They had been around forever. They served a lot of city workers. Had great food and service. It's just to bad the owner got sick and had to close. We will miss that place.
