The restaurant immediately turned off their ordering as soon as I placed my order (2 hours prior to close). It took 2 hours just to get my food and within that time, the restaurant sent away 2 couriers who tried getting the food.

I got, a burger, 3 chicken chicken tenders, some cold, soggy ass fries and a stale piece of bread. THATS IT.
Over half my order missing, no sauce for my tenders, ketchup or the bbq that comes with the trav burger. Then, when I tried to call (several times) they wouldn't answer.
You've got to be kidding me....

Very long wait to dine in. On top of that I change my Order to take out. I got charged for cheese fries and only got fires. Also got charged on my burger for extra stuff and I got it plain. Worst place. Burger was also dry.

My mother in law took my family out to lunch today. The food was great. The service was awful. The waitress brought my kids drinks out but my husband and I had to ask a second time for ours after waiting more than 10 minutes after my kids were brought out. Then our food came out a separate times. 2 of my kids and mine, then my mother in laws and other daughters. My husband had to wait about 5 more minutes for his, while the rest of us ate. My mother in laws beer was warm, the waitress said it had come out of the freezer but was warm enough that ir felt like it was sitting outside. Anytime we needed something we had to go to the bar to ask for it. Refills, the bill, etc. If the waitress wasn't sitting om her phone or talking to her friends, she had disappeared into the back several times. At one point we even had to ask another waitress for a refill because even she didn't know where the waitress went. I previously had pretty good experiences here but today it felt like our table was ignored.

I must start by saying we ended up here by pure happenstance. We have been looking for a good diner experience and read reviews that led us to think this would be that type of place, but we were wrong. We were pleasantly surprised, though, as well.
This is definitely NOT a diner and, in my personal opinion, is better defined as a BAR and GRILL. That being said, the food was awesome , a bit pricey, but worth it.
The atmosphere does feel like it has a target crowd, and locals/regulars are definitely treated differently than a newcomer.
When we first walked in, it took a few minutes before we were acknowledged and advised to sit anywhere we would like. About 4 minutes after we sat, we were finally greeted and provided menus. After that, everything just kept getting better.
Our waitress was OUTSTANDING. She was polite, friendly, attentive, and refilled our drinks promptly.
We had 2 double cheeseburgers and fries which was the daily special, 1- 10piece chicken wing meal with fries, 1 order onion rings, 1 order cheese fries, 1 order fried pickles, 4 drinks and 1 water and it was $74.32 not including the tip.
All the food was seasoned perfectly, hot and fresh. The wings are some of the best we have had in a long time. We will be back for .99 cent wing Wednesday for sure.

Parking: Parking will depend on day and time if visit as this is downtown or can be hard at times as to be expected.
How does this place have such good reviews? We are staying at a hotel less than a block away and went there for dinner. We were stopped at the door and FRISKED!
This guy just starts patting down my husband when we walk in looking for weapons I assume! What the ? We had our kids with us! Got out of there before anyone started to touch the kids. What is going on in there that they are patting people down at the door?
The place was disgustingly dirty on the inside. The windows and door were smeared with greasy hand prints. All the tables were dirty with food and trash. The floors looked like it’d never been clean since the place opened!
