The cashier was extremely rude. She didn’t even acknowledge me. I was standing there. She was on the phone. She walked away to get a water bottle took a drink. Then says to me do you need helped. Yes that’s why I was standing there. Then she got rude again. I asked for the manager. Then the cashier whose name is Brittany said she wasn’t going to argue with me I was over exaggerating. She told the girl to stop and go to the back. Then another girl walked up front the manager asked her to helped. She wanted to argue with her as well. And she had two phones in her hand. I was helped by a nice young man. And then while in my vehicle waiting for my order another customer was complaining about her. She is very rude. She should not work with the public. Also the front door was propped open with an over full trash can. Too many phone were out in peoples hands working with food. The other young lady on counter was quite lovely. She was very and she apologized for the rude girl even though she didn’t have to.

Ordered food online for delivery, was called that they didn’t have what I wanted so we compromised. Didn’t get what was compromised on and was told to call to get a refund. I have been waiting for 2 months and nothing but please wait 3-10 business days to receive your payment back. Horrible all around

I enjoy their pizza a lot but the pizza portal has not worked correctly for months it wont open so you have to wait in line for them to get it for you kinda defeats the purpose of using

Management staff on Sunday is terrible offered zero solutions for missing product. Laughed about not giving it to the driver and then proceeded to tell us it ain’t they problem and hung up on us absolutely the worst customer service I have seen. I’d give zero stars if the option was

I work at the cinema nearby so I would come here regularly for my breaks, but all of a sudden they do not serve me anymore. I'm not sure what I did, but every time I come in, they do not serve me. They come up with multiple excuses until I end up leaving.

I like the service it has improved because of different managers. I am unimpressed with the people that take orders. One got it wrong. But the manager was so good he made sure the refund went back on my granddaughters credit card. I went in after the person got it wrong to make sure the order was corrected. The manager was polite and very professional! Unlike the server who had a attitude. Probably her age or doesn't like being wrong maybe corrected.Parking: Okay parking next door to a Boost mobile.
