Little Caesars Pizza

Every time I go to this location I'm waiting at least 45 minutes. I order online, it tells me it's ready to pick up but when I arrive it's not ready and I have to wait 20-30 more minutes. Half the employees were just sitting carrying on a conversation like there was no one waiting. If they have anything ready, which is almost never, it's been sitting there forever and definitely not edible. I don't ever do reviews but this place is just ridiculous

All good but I can not figure out WHY my pizza was cut into 16 slices,, never seen that here before,, still good pizza just not “cut” for full grown men

Showed up roughly 4pm yesterday (Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025) and there was one woman in front of me in line. She ordered her food, I then ordered mine. We were both told it would be 10-15 mins. Then the employee behind the counter went into the back with his two colleagues and proceeded for the next hour to not address any customer coming in or out the door. The phones rang, no phones were answered. I couldn't believe there was exactly nothing pre-made. These employees, and I realize they are making nothing, but I have never seen employees care less about their work. Something about this store has to change. I received my 'Hot-N-Ready' pepperoni pizza and Crazy Bread with sauce at 4:47p, nearly an hour after I placed my order. If I had gotten a receipt, I would have just left and gotten a refund. Pure insanity.

Excellent treatment, very friendly and they speak Spanish and they are magnificent people and the person who serves you treats you very well

I order these bread sticks and they came like that!

Had a pick up order and it wasn’t ready when I arrived. There were only 2 people working so I didn’t mind waiting a little longer. The girl working didn’t seem like she knew what was going on with orders. I received my order and the pizza was fine but the bread sticks were awful. There was a random blob of the butter stuff they use to spread on them and some were coated in a lot of flour and super dry. There was also a hair in the breadsticks which is gross.

Employee seemed mad they had to do their job and found a hair on the pizza like it fell off during boxing it up and just left it instead of picking it off. Never here again.

I placed and order for delivery and I only received 2 out of 5 items. I just wanted my food delivered. The supervisor at little Caesars on IN 933 and the doordash supervisor did nothing but blame each other and refused to deliver the rest of my food. She was very unprofessional and did absolutely nothing to make sure my order was correct. Of course my account was charged for this already and a refund will take up to 7 days so IM GLAD YOU TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

The manager was rude and unkempt, went from running the cash register to handling food. I see why people are starting to avoid fast food.
