I was unknowingly charged an extra $5 for a pizza because I don’t eat one topping included on the pizza. I asked could I substitute and she said sure. No problem. I said why did you over charge me? She then said because she had to customize it. Well she didn’t say anything about a $5 upcharge for the same amount of toppings just switched one out. Lesson learned!

The young blonde behind the counter was incredibly rude and sarcastic. There was nothing hot and ready to go, and wait times were so outrageous that I left empty handed and went to the one on Western. Incredibly disappointed, this used to be my favorite location.

Used to be decent not anymore ordered on the app for a stuffed crazy crust with no sauce got there like 15 min after i ordered still waited 5 more min the i get the pizza and its wrong they for got the garlic parm on the crust they get that on it then i noticed it has sauce and since i was on my way to work i could not wait another 15 min for them to get it right 2 of the people working were even just standing at the register eating this is also the 2nd time in a row where they messed up the order for me

Tried ordering in the app for ireland road location and it wouldn't let me place an order at that store. I could at other locations though so I decided to call in my order. The phone rang 10 times and no answer. I tried back two more times to call and still no answer.

You get what you paid for really, pizza id pretty good, more convenient than anything, and the employees seem to be a little less focused on their job then desired but, I really can’t complain with their consistency
Came for a pickup. Was told 10 minutes. Waited 15 to find out they forgot about my order and still hadn’t put the pizza in the oven. What a joke and a waste of my time and gas. Won’t be coming to this location anymore when it’s busy and their employees just dilly dally around and forget about orders. Good job

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Little Caesars. I specifically asked for garlic sauce on the crust, but what I got was a mess—there were puddles of garlic sauce all around the pizza, making it soggy and unappetizing. The cheese had completely slid off, likely because the pizza was way too hot and poorly handled. On top of that, it wasn’t even cut. We had to try and slice it ourselves, which just made everything more of a mess. The crust was also extremely thin—barely there, really—and it didn’t hold up at all. Honestly, we couldn’t even eat the pizza. It looked bad, tasted worse, and was just not enjoyable in any way. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

If you like pizza that is under cooked and soggy with poor customer service this may be just your place! Ordered 5 pizzas, only given 3. No apology. Once getting home I had to try and get the slop under cooked pizza onto a baking sheet to back longer to make edible. Didn't bother calling to complain because this isn't the first time. I just won't be back and I will I form others to stay away!! Yuck!

They have amazing food but sometimes it's kind of funky and I don't like that but most of the time it's perfect also if they made a pizza with no cheese just tomato sauce and the slice it would be very convenient for picky eaters that don't like cheese or pepperoni on their Pizza also DON'T PUT PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA you will ruin the pizza
