I spent an hour today in Logan's waiting for a hamburger they made no apologies until I was ready to leave then brought me the hamburger I paid for our drinks and we left they can keep that hamburger.

I normally do not like Logan's. Just usually not my tastes. However, co-workers wanted to go. It was busy, but we were seated immediately and our server was attentive. We all ordered steaks and I must admit, it was very good. I had a loaded baked potato and server was able to make sure I had extra butter and cheese. The manager came over and checked on us and we talked for a few minutes. Very pleasant.

The thin shoulder cut steaks they are trying to pass off as porter house are ridiculous

Parking: They had one

This Logan's roadhouse has been closed for over 2 years & your list of best steak houses in South Bend does not include other great steak reasurants . Also Nedderman is not a steak house but a fast food drive thru only. Lets get out facts straight before we put out a list & make sure they are still open.

We normally enjoy the food at Logans, but this was a huge disappointment. We always order onion rings. There's were so greasy it was pooling in the plate. My wife ordered the 3 porkies. One was all fat, one was large chunks of onion, one was ok. I had crab cakes and for $16.99 I would expect more than fried filling. Probably our last trip to Logans South Bend.

The menu has a lot to pick from and the prices are very affordable. Nice atmosphere. It seemed to be a very popular place.

My Daughter & I went to lunch at Logan's. It was not crowded. First off it took quite a while to get our rolls that were just like air. Nothing tasty about them. It took a long time before we were served our food which was a club sandwich, salad, potato soup, and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were very bland. I added salt (which I rarely add to my meals) to hopefully bring out some flavor. That helped a little. Everything else was just OK. My Daughter and I decided that we should have went somewhere else. This is not the Logan's I remember from a few months ago. So, three stars for this visit. And not sure I would risk another lunch there.

Excellent service. Despite two parties of 20+ there at the same time as us the servers were very attentive. We were never wanting for drinks or rolls. The starters and entrees both came out in a reasonable time despite the large parties. We don't eat at chains a lot but the service will have us coming back.

Logan's Roadhouse is an alright place to eat at. The place was clean, and kept up. Staff were kind and checked up once in a while. Waiting for seats wasn't bad, max of like 15 minutes wait time. The food itself and waiting was kind of a bother. I get that service is hard when it's a full-house, but waiting 45 minutes for just an entree, seemed slow, especially when you're so tempted to eat the bread they serve you beforehand, but don't wanna get full before the entree. The food took about an hour and a half to finally arrive. Maybe it was really full that night, but it was really slow, by the time the food came, I almost had forgotten what I ordered. The food itself was great, but waiting that long... it's hard to justify. While the food is great, I'd recommend Texas Roadhouse. That place overall is phenomenal.

Took over 30 minutes to be waited on. Over an hour to get half a sandwich and two soups... Place wasn't even busy...

Cocktails at Logan's Roadhouse were the best we ever had at a restaurant. All other restaurant drinks are very watered down-- not much alcohol at all. Logan's were made with the correct amount of alcohol. We will be back!

I gave this 1 star because I couldn’t give it 0. Four of us went here for dinner this past Sunday and 3 of us got bad cases of food poisoning. We all vomited multiple times and had excessive diarrhea. We suffered with this for 3 days! We all had the steak that was $8.99. The only person that did not get sick had the fried chicken and french fries. This is why we definitely know that it was the steak that was contaminated. None of us will ever eat here again and I plan to report this to the business food contamination sources.

Took 40 minutes to have a server even acknowledge us about our drinks. Pretty sure another server stepped up to serve us and she was on point from then on. Good turned out great for the rest of the family (personally a vegan and its still new to the public so by no means do i hold that against LRH. They're a steak house after all) but everyone else loved the food once we got service.
