Good place for food and beverages. Stop by when you're staying downtown South Bend for business, pleasure, or a Notre Dame football game!

Just a question. My grandmother used to make scalloped oysters for holidays. Have you ever had something like that on your menu?

I was (and my best friend) SEXUALLY HARASSED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. We were minding our own business at the bar when some old dude approached us and started talking to us. We thought to ourselves, oh seems like a nice guy. It was not a nice guy. He was an absolute creep. He said to my friend, when he asked what high school we went to, and I said Penn, he said "I don't care about Penn, I just want to get in her pants". I am 22 years old. So is my friend. This guy "Mark" was over 70. We were creeped and reported him to the bar security. The bar security replied he was a regular and that this was not the first complaint. Imagine OUR surprise that sexual harassment is deemed the norm at this establishment. We will NOT BE BACK. DO NOT SPEND $ HERE.

i give this place chance after chance because i love the atmosphere, however the blonde bartender with glasses is constantly rude, snobby, and unprofessional. We have always loved this place due to its late night food which ends at 1 am came in at 12:30 sat at the bar and ordered food when the bartender FINALLY came around at 12:45 tried to order a snack and she said the kitchen was closed i asked how come any other time it stays open until 1 she rolled her eyes and went to the back to “ask” the kitchen which was just one guy to see if they would make it they said no. the server upstairs stated that it should be open u til 1 am and does not understand why she would say that. i’m in the service industry and this is just completely unacceptable.

first time going there on a Saturday.will be last, I went there with my wife to hang out with my cousin and friends to bar hop around town.I bought 1 drink, and my wife bought a drink and shot.we also bought food before drinking.the soda for the mixed drinks were flat and the food was average.at the end of the night, we finished with our stay and playing dart and pool the waitress told me the total was $27 and a few change.I paid what she told me which was $27.xx I signed and gave her a 15% tip and my wife gave a few dollars in cash for more tip.I also asked for my receipt, and I was never given one so after waiting a while me and my party left to the next bar.the nest day I saw on my bank account that they pulled out $107.29.I know what i ordered and I know what I drank, and it was not that much.I would try and fight it but I guess they need the money more than I do with how they just steal it right out of your bank like that.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

When I think of an oyster bar, I think bright white, looking over the bay and eating seafood. This oyster bar was super dark, in a dimlit elongated bar. As you walk in, you will notice their strict dress rule for the establishment. It's sort of mind boggling to have a strict dress code for a seafood bar that wraps the silverware in Walmart napkins. The oysters were good but the cost/atmosphere is not there.

I Didn't even get to sit down before I got kicked out for having sweatpants on. seriously wasn't even that nice for a dress code and I've never even heard of a dress code to eat unless I was in prison. Smells like dried up booze in there

My daughter, my son, and one of their best friends were not allowed to stay. One of them had jogger pants and $200 basketball shoes on. One had a cap on. And they planned to spend a lot on seafood because 2 of them really love oysters and seafood. This isn't New York. In South Bend, that is inappropriate social norm for what reviews call a "dive bar" to enforce a dress code for men. One can only assume what patrons they are aiming to exclude. Their menu is posted in the window. Looks 10 years old. I looked at it this afternoon when patronizing Saigon Market.

Definitely on my top 5 list of bars in south bend! Amazing vibes, great customer service, the food is good too, obviously. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, always. They have Touchtunes so you can play your own music <3. I've become a fan.

Best bartenders, good food and good drinks. Busy but not crazy and games. Third level is a party?
