I thought the customer was first? Got my order after 42 mins and everything was thrown in the bad basket of fries upside down. Booooo I’d give them no stars if I could.

I pull up to the drive thru and you just don't answer the intercom.... 2 times now. The other night you magically closed at 11:50pm...
And when I finally do get the privilege of interacting with 2nd shift staff they could simply CARE LESS about me, my food, their job, or the company. Bravo... sounds like you all need a new manager!!!
I will go elsewhere from now on.

I ordered a mcnugget happy meal for my son and was given a cheeseburger. I pulled back in and explained the mistake to the young girl at the window. She took the burger and then returned with it stating my order was rung up as a cheeseburger. Luckily, I kept the receipt. Nick and the Bican Family Restaurant Inc should fire that whole crew from tonight. So, you take my money, input the order wrong on your end and give me whatever you want?? This place is incredibly ridiculous and they will get sued real soon treating people like this. They should be called the nugget mafia!

Went through the drive thru for lunch and when greeted it was nothing but attitude from the order taker. No welcome to McDonald's. No recommendations on trying new things. Just what do you want... after hearing about the new ownership I was expecting better results but I guess the new owners either only in it for a quick buck or they are just not doing enough to make the experience what it should be. The food was not hot to order and the experience was just sour all together compared to other locations in the area. This location truly doesn't deserve it's 3 star rating. And is infact the worse of the 5 locations in the southbend/ Mishawaka district.

Mrs. Sparkles helped us. She was radiant, very happy just to talk to us. 10/10 would drive the 11Miles back to this McD’s.
