Very busy no matter how clear you are your is always wrong and made to means nothing they take offense I think once you get your meal the bread is hard like its been sitting the meat cold and special order they scrape off what not asked for

The female general manager is very rude and unprofessional. And will put her hands in your bag of food after coming from right outside. Can't understand how a person can try to be professional but rude at the same time. Not to mention the order was wrong which was why I had to even interact with employees inside. Smh

Waited 34 minutes for my food to find a hair in it and for it to be missing parts. Everyone with me in the restaurant today also had issues with their order at the time. There was no soda fountain, lids, napkins, etc in the lobby, so to need any more you’d have to wait and couldn’t get your drink prior to your food.

The two women working the counter were taking all the orders as the kiosk was down too, running all the food to the front and out to the cars outside as well

Unreal how unprofessional this place is. Everybody cursing and acting like they’re in their home, from messing around to grabbing each others behinds to even fighting. Ended up missing like 3 things from my order due to their lack of professionalism and customer service. Would not recommend this mcds.

The management team did a good job while noticeably short-staffed and actively training new employees.

My food was excellent, despite my having to wait more than half an hour from when I placed my order at the kiosk: filet-o-fish, medium French fries with no salt 🍟, side of HotMustard sauce, unsweetened iced tea, small M&M McFlurry 🍦.

Only 3 customers ahead of me in line: one elderly lady and two young women whose order also seemed to have disappeared ...

Another family was already eating when I arrived.

A young gentleman brought an order that looked suspiciously like mine to the family seated at the center table. They gladly accepted the additional meal.

Once I had waited 30 minutes and six more customers had come and gone, I asked the manager if he knew what had happened to my meal. He told me that he remembered my exact order and that he thought it might have been given to the wrong customers.

Fortunately, the manager made it a priority to re-make my order and it was ready almost immediately. The food was perfectly fresh, and the dining room was reasonably clean.

Both of the managers reminded the young man to double-check that each order is correctly delivered to the customer who paid for it. It seemed like it was an honest mistake.

Overall, I was impressed that the managers were kind to their employees while making sure that they took good care of their customers. I thanked them and returned my table sign. I'll be back.

This place constantly screws up breakfast orders. In the last 4 trips they have left out items every single time. By the time you get home and go back and get back home you are left with cold unpleasant food. Then they give you an attitude like you are the one who is the bad person for wanting you order fixed. This location is by far the worst in all of Michiana area.
