My food was excellent, despite my having to wait more than half an hour from when I placed my order at the kiosk: filet-o-fish, medium French fries with no salt 🍟, side of HotMustard sauce, unsweetened iced tea, small M&M McFlurry 🍦.
Only 3 customers ahead of me in line: one elderly lady and two young women whose order also seemed to have disappeared ...
Another family was already eating when I arrived.
A young gentleman brought an order that looked suspiciously like mine to the family seated at the center table. They gladly accepted the additional meal.
Once I had waited 30 minutes and six more customers had come and gone, I asked the manager if he knew what had happened to my meal. He told me that he remembered my exact order and that he thought it might have been given to the wrong customers.
Fortunately, the manager made it a priority to re-make my order and it was ready almost immediately. The food was perfectly fresh, and the dining room was reasonably clean.
Both of the managers reminded the young man to double-check that each order is correctly delivered to the customer who paid for it. It seemed like it was an honest mistake.
Overall, I was impressed that the managers were kind to their employees while making sure that they took good care of their customers. I thanked them and returned my table sign. I'll be back.

This place constantly screws up breakfast orders. In the last 4 trips they have left out items every single time. By the time you get home and go back and get back home you are left with cold unpleasant food. Then they give you an attitude like you are the one who is the bad person for wanting you order fixed. This location is by far the worst in all of Michiana area.

I hate going to mcdonalds but decided to give it a try because my grandmother wanted ice cream. I got an oreo mcflurry and literally got icecream with a little oreo sprinkled on top, not a Mcflurry. They also charged us a dollar more for the icecream because we didn't want cones because my grandma cannot manage that at her age. That is not providing accessibility, that is scamming people. Worse experience ever. That is the last time they will get business from my family. Dairy Queen here we come.

Stooped in this afternoon for 2 doubles and fries. Is it so hard to put 2 patties together on 2 pieces of bread. I'm guessing it is cuz both were a horrible mess in the wrapper. With I had took pictures of them but I didn't. It looked like they tossed the burgers and had a domino effect.
