Ordered from here many times, and while I get they get busy with orders and such, almost every time I order something, whether to pick up or delivery, I'm always missing something. Staff should pay attention to orders and ensure that they are putting everything into an order before sending it out.

Went to western location it sucks had to wait almost 10 minutes for 2 double cheese burgers and to top that off the burgers were cold the cheese was so cold it didn't melt anywhere not good sorry

When we were there it was Kiosk or through the app ONLY Not really a friendly or appealing environment food was cold. This was extremely disappointing because they said it was made for fresh McDonald's has dramatically gone downhill. I remember a fun busy welcoming environment now it is cold and

I am at this location right now and I got a Carmel frappe and it taste suuupper weird. I get these almost every day so I know what it’s suppose to taste like but this one almost taste like medicine or soap. Not quite sure how to explain the taste but it just does not taste right. I don’t even know if I should drink it, I’m worried they may have washed the machine and didn’t rinse it out all the way. I told the manager and they said they wouldn’t remake it for me. Not sure what happened but it was pretty disappointing. This is like my one guilty pleasure..
