I'll keep it quick. This use to be my favorite mcdonalds in the area. Within the last 2 months the place inside and out has become filthy. It's always covered in trash. The staff mumble. 9 times out of 10 if I order for more than 1 meal set 1 or 2 items will ve missing. Tonight ordered a basket of fries and recieved a cold half basket. Was never asked if I needed anything else. I had to get the staffs attention through the closed window for katsup. It was gross and the packaging was covered in busted katsup remains. I'll be using the mcdonalds on McKinney from now own.

Placed an order in the drive through. They don't put the items you order on the screen when you order so there is no way of verifying the correct order. When I got to the pick up window I had 2 small drinks that were not labeled. I asked which was the diet coke. The guy responded saying I ordered 2 cokes. I said no I didnt he said yes you did. I said no that's not even how I ordered those drinks. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal they askes what to drink and i said diet coke...other items in my order then I ordered a small coke at the end of the order. I even had someone on the phone with me that heard me order the diet coke. Employee was confrontational about the issue.

Chicken mcnuggets tasted refryed and i waited in line for over 30 minutes. They ran out of sweet tea and the cookies were cold nd hard

The food was cold and dry. They threw the food in the bag like trash and gave it to me. The teenagers were rude and disrespectful and the manager unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location especially at night around closing the place look disgusting.
We stopped thinking we'd order breakfast sandwiches. Lobby was clean, bathroom was clean. Unfortunately there was no hand soap in either restroom and an employee told us they didn't have any. That's just so gross. How are employee hands clean after using restroom? We left without ordering food. Two stars because it was clean and we could use the bathroom.

The lady at the windows was very nice and very prompt and very beautiful lady. Had a beautiful smile even when it was almost closing time.look forward to seeing that smile again
