I don’t understand how a mcdonald’s could be this bad. everytime i go here or send my boyfriend here there’s always a problem with my order. they have us pull up just to give us cold food, there’s no reason we should have to pull forward if we the only ones in the line. the employees at this location is very rude and move extremely slow. don’t waste your time or gas going to this location

Man what’s the point of having a drive thru if you hire people that can’t even run it under a small line and refuse to make the effort of making it better for the customer. There is a problem every single time with me getting the wrong food after being told to park and wait and then they have the audacity to question my order when I showed the receipt of my purchase. Filled with a bunch of trash ass high school kids Edit: a free cold medium fry does not give me back 20 minutes of my lunch break I had to wait because your employee didn’t want to go outside in the cold to bring me my food

Luckily I spat it out. 5 dollars just to make me sick makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don't know if this McDonalds is understaffed or what but it always has lines and parking spots waiting for food. I have order a Mcdouble and fries and have had to sit and wait. Then the order brought to me was wrong. It isn't organized to where you are having people park to keep orders in order. Someone just needs to look into whatever the issue is.
