I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s myself, but my kids love it, Today I went and stopped at the drive-through to get my kids some food. And I believe the manager on duty and the worker on duty just greeted me with the biggest smile and infectious energy that was so uplifting. People are quick to give negative feedback but never share the good experiences. So I decided to leave a five star review not for the food, but for the way they treated me and uplifted my energy. I order a large coffee and there isn't any coffee made. So the lady pours a very small amount into my cup and then fills it up the rest of the way with decaf and tells me that it's regular. Way to go McDonald's. I'll go elsewhere for my coffee from here on out

I gave it a one because they don't give you the Monopoly piece on anything, I was so highly upset I felt robbed 😭😭😭
Horrible service, they were yelling at each other and saying so many cuss words and there were two men that had there pants sagging. I had taken my younger sister to the bathroom and there was a man that worked there and was not even cleaning the bathroom, there were at least 10 people waiting at one had been waiting there for over 40 min. The most rudest and overreacting staff ever.

Just waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru with probably 15 other cars. The guy that brought out my order handed me the bag and didn't say 1 word before turning around and walking away, he didnt even ask if this was my order. The fries were dumped out all inside the bag and didn't have any salt on them. And what is deluxe about this mccrispy deluxe? The burnt nugget instead of a chicken patty? The sad looking tomato? The shredded lettuce thats everywhere in the box instead of on the sandwich? It looks nasty i don't even want to eat it

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Food took forever (understaffed? with tobacco adicts (walked out to a staff member on a smoke break)). When we did get our food, I got someone else’s burger and the replacement, which came quickly, was a generic version without the modifications I ordered. Interior is stripped of all usefulness. Have to ask for basic things like condiments and napkins.

da aero & jacob was an exceptional service member he hooked us up late at night right before close!! and didn’t make us feel like we were a burden because of how late we came before close! good job to the closing
