Almost always make u pull wait way to long and then they are not smart enough to ask name with order so they send someone out that has no idea ho order it is no they Dig through the bag. I'm done with this place. Wait 20min and my food was cold
Service is horrible at this location. They lose food, don't know what "light" ice means because a machine does the work for them and just walk around with people's food opening bags to see what food is inside when a receipt is right on the outside. Not to mention when one of their workers leaned into a customers car to take a hit off of the joint that car was smoking in the drive thru!!! Not only did he lean into the vehicle and smoke off someone while on shift.. he opened my bag of food and blew his smoke into the bag.. all the while I seen the whole thing happen!!!

The food is rubbish. Lettuce and vegetables are super tiny, and they are packed with overcooked degenerative meats. It takes so long to get the food. The server always made wrong food.

I have worked at a couple McDonald's for several years in the past, and I know it is not that hard to take a simple order and make it right. It seems like every time I go here it gets worse and worse. Forgot my daughter's toy and sauce, messed up both sandwiches in my order, and gave me the wrong drink. Not that it matters but I will try avoiding this location from now on.

I went around 10pm few days ago all my food was fresh and delicious it didn’t take too long to get out the drive Thur with fresh food and the workers was very nice definitely one of the best McDonalds in south bend to eat and actually get fresh

I watched at least 10 cars leave with their orders as they parked me and made me sit and wait for a delivery order I had to take to someone from doordash. They had a poor gentleman running the orders outside bless his heart because the other staff clearly even the managers were inside speaking about drugs and laughing it up while everybody's food is getting cold. The old lady at the window was extremely rude I just think they need to rest after the whole place except for the expediter that was there this evening. I mean if you can't do any better than that and there was at least four people over the age of 40 and they're working if that's what you want to call it. Definitely need to step your game up as far as integrity and making sure that people get their food in a timely fashion. None of you would have a job if it weren't for the customer keep that in mind
