Today I went through the drive-thru, ordering a meal and a Mcchicken. They parked me, and about 5 minutes later they brought the bag out. She read the entire order off to me and I thanked her and drove home, only to find when I got home that they had completely forgotten my wife's Mcchicken. I only live 5 minutes away, so I drove back to get the Mcchicken, and the employee proudly told me that he accidentally had an extra plain one sitting around, so he'd just add to that. Seems like I should get a fresh one, but whatever. He hands me the sandwich, wrapped in the paper but not in a bag, and I left. Only then, halfway home, I realized he hadn't even wrapped the sandwich correctly, leading to lettuce on my passenger seat.
I've had poor experiences at this store before, but this is probably the worst.

I never have had any issues with this McDonald’s, but the last hour was hell. I put in two mobile orders and get to the drive thru. The woman speaking was incredibly rude and had an attitude and then they forgot the sauces..no big deal. I go back to get the sauces I paid for and they ask me to give them the receipt…..mind you this is a MOBILE order. You can’t steal sauces on the app and obviously all contents of the orders were PAID for. Common sense right? There were two different receipts and one of them shows what you paid. I give her one she says she needs the other so I gave her both. Why make such a big deal for sauces I paid for. Admit your mistake and move on. Moral of the story, stay in school kids!

They suck ,, every time I go to drive thru ,,,you have to park and wait . It's a drive thru not park and wait Then after waiting for fresh hot food ,,,it's cold again. I live 6 blocks away. Quartpounder with cheese cold! Again fries where hot. Place sucks ,,always a disappointment! Manager with an attitude Store on S. Michigan st so much better. No taking my money at at drive thru to park and wait for cold food Way to go Michigan st location you are farther from home and worth the drive ! Miami st store sucks in so many ways !

came last night and was the only car around ten. I asked for four McChicken's two with extra pickle and two Medium fries. The order taker had put two small fries so I corrected him then when I got up to the window, he removed two McChicken's off the order. So I had to pay the difference again, which is fine. Then they pull me up to The third window just being rude and mad that they have to make two more McChicken's even though I had said twice in the drive-through my order. A boy had told me I had to wait 10 minutes for the McChicken's and I know it doesn't take that long to fry. I was the only one in line. bunch of attitudes and mistakes. They ended up putting one tiny pickle on all four of the sandwiches, which I know was purposely.

There’s good crews here and then there’s the one manager who just never seems to have it together and then totally panics and runs around like a chickens missing its head which just seems to make everyone else work worse in the long run. The thing is this time there appears to be two managers here and things are just going downhill. Why is there such a night and day difference in how things are ran here from shift to shift? Whatever this crew is, is bringing down this store that actually functions pretty good during the day

Arguably the best McDonald's around. The staff is super friendly and the dining room is usually spotless.
