The beautiful place has a special atmosphere, the prices are not particularly expensive, I recommend it to everyone!!
TLDR: For the price, just not worth it
I was so excited to finally try this restaurant, but sadly left so disappointed. But, if you don't mind bland food, half portioned-also bland drinks & sewage smells all at the high high price of $150, then you're in luck!
I am convinced this chef has never met a seasoning in their life. Almost broke my tooth on the brussel sprouts because they didn't even bother cutting the stems off.
I was pumped for the main dish, Kimchi Cauliflower bowl, sounds delicious, but instead I was given semi seasoned cauliflower with other veggies on plain, unseasoned white rice. I'm still trying to figure out where they put the kimchi, it's a very distinct bold flavor that cannot be missed. I wish I would have said something, but our server was nice and busy as he was also the only one serving & the bartender. I'm glad they left salt on the table, otherwise it would have been absolutely tasteless.
Oh also we were given room temp water and were only offered ice at the end of our meal. And the sewage, you will smell it on your way in and out, so unless you want to lose your meal or your appetite...hold your breath?
The cake is better than you think it is
Beautiful space. Delicious food. Wine selection was great. Our server was really kind and made my first experience excellent.
What a great find. Incredible food and service. The wine Jay recommended was perfect and reasonably priced.

Food is no doubt delicious. The server was great and helpful. My main issue was the lack of food for the price. I got the duck entree and it was served in a dish the size of a hamburger. Delicious? No doubt. Will it fill you up? Not a chance. I didn't order anything else and grabbed a fast food on the way home.

Chef's Amanda & Antonio prepared an amazing Prime Rib that was OMG delicious! The atmosphere is very nostalgic and cozy, and the cocktails prepared by their bartender were fabulous! Highly recommended!

It took a long while to get served and the scallops dish I wanted on the menu was gone. Only one veg choice sounded good - with a lot of garlic. Unique..
Not too many diverse places in South Bend area to suggest friends frim Notre Dame days so the innovative approach and atmosphere is greatly appreciated.

We ordered the bone marrow, the most expensive appetizer at $28. It was quite disappointing. It came out so over cooked that there was a puddle of grease on the plate and nothing left in the bone. The chef came by to ask if we needed more bread but we had more than enough because there was so little bone marrow. This seemed to surprise her. The chef brought us another over cooked bone when we really just wanted a refund for it. That menu item needs to be revised before it’s served to guests. All the other food was good.

Great concept for a resturant, dont think they have the capacity to be busy. My husband and I were visiting the area and drove about an hour and a half for dinner. We were seated outside around 6:30 with no reservation which was very accommodating of them. We did immediately notice an unbearably strong sulfer smell and asked to be moved from the table we were initially seated at. They lit incense which did little to help the smell. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our steaks to come. Several tables that had been seated after us had received their meals well before we did. Once I recieved my steak it was raw. I feel bad because I know they were busy, but a 45 min wait for a raw $50 dollar steak is unfathomable. They did also completely run out of about half of the items on their menu so replacing my meal would've been impossible. I will say our waitress did her best to rectify the situation which was appreciated. Overall dinner was a 2 and a half hour ordeal, and not of our own volition. I would just not recommend going on a busy night & not sitting outside.
