Me and my sister came so she could try pho for the first time and I had been here previously and it was pretty good. Tonight was a bad experience for the both of us. She didn’t end up liking it which was not the problem as I knew there was a chance she wouldn’t like it. I had the brisket Pho and maybe had about a fourth of it before I started not feeling well so I stopped. The waitress never came back to our table after giving us our food. After we had been sitting from being done eating for 20 mins I had to go up to the counter to ask for to go containers and the bill. Mind you it’s like closing time at that point so you’d think they would like us to go. Just overall a bad experience, the fact I had to wait so long and ended up having to go ask for the bill, getting sick from the food, and the waitress not caring to see if we needed anything was all very upsetting. I definitely will not be going back. This experience has ruined it for me. Also I prefer not to see cob webs at a restaurant 🤢

I use to love enjoying coming here. I too was met with a rude server I walked in 20 minutes before closing people were still there waiting for their order sitting and server kicked me out. I had a long day of work and only wanted to enjoy their food. But due to this encounter I found another gem Okasan Ramen & Boba Tea is open and won’t turn you away. Left a grateful 50$ tip over there.

Cool little place, casual and have Cali vibes but had great artwork on the walls. Got a carry out and waited a long time as if were dining in but I appreciate it! Freshly cooked and you could tell! Gigantic portions!!! The pho was presented perfectly all separate! Great quality food worth the price!

This place is great! Tasty, not too spendy but a lil spendy. The thing is, worth every cent. The loaded fries are a definite must. After that any ramen or pho is also on point. The bahn mi are a little short on meat but well worth it and flavorful.

I've always liked this restaurant but my last visit was extremely disappointing. The worst part was the service. It took forever to have our orders taken and for the food to come out. Our server did not stop by once after giving us our food. No refills. I always order the drunken noodles but this time they were overcooked, hardly had any chicken, and some of the noodles were burnt.

The Ramen is delicious. It feels a little cramped, but the service was good. I'll definitely be back.

Let me first say, I enjoy coming here. My daughter and I visit this place periodically. Today I was met with a rude young server. I had gotten to the counter before another customer, however she waited on him first. Fine. She did come out and we were both there. She then turned and walked away before taking my order. She helped another server and then finally took my order, which was a simple coffee. She asked what I wanted I told her and she asked if that was all. I replied a coffee please. That was enough for the SERVER.

Once I paid, she started the coffee but she added something special. How I know, the other young lady working was at the cooler with her and asked her what did she do. Meaning me. What did I do that caused the young server to do something “special” to my drink.
I didn’t realize most of what was happening until my stomach started hurting as I was drinking it and I started replaying the events.

I contacted the restaurant the young lady answered and said “I’ll make your drink better the next time you come in” and also confirmed that nothing was spoiled or out of date.

I will continue to leave reviews every time as a customer I am not given decent customer service.

Yes I even tipped.

The food is edible but I wouldn't go again. Do yourself a favor and just go to Cre-Asian. They have great Vietnamese cuisine. Their Pho-satay is my favorite.

We’ve been here many times and I still think their Pho is the best around. Their broth is hearty and flavorful made from real meat stock. Their steak is trimmed completely with no fat. Their restaurant is clean, has good ambiance and friendly staff.
