I will never go to DQ again!!! I had started going to Culvers because their Ice cream is creamy and rich! Their concrete mixures are not watered down. I decided, since DQ was on the way to the office, I would go ahead and give it another try. I am so disappointed, not only is it still not living up to the blizzard expectation of BACK IN THE DAY!!! They have become so greedy!!!!! The small blizzard is now the mini and the mini is smaller than a mini, pathetic!!! Oh, and the price is more, size are smaller and price is higher!! How much greedier can these corporate chains get!!!! I will continue to go to Culvers where I know that I am getting what I pay for!! At this rate DQ will soon be out of business!!! Sad!!

We came tonight after making an order with Uber eats for over $55 worth of stuff. Really excited to get our order when we showed up and turns out that somebody inadvertently (accidentally? Maliciously? I guess we’ll never know… :-)Anyway it turns out our order was picked up by somebody else. Not to be deflated, we explained the situation to the staff (Serenity and Aleajaih)... and they were very helpful and went about making our order again right away. The evening manager, Whitney, took care of us straight away and facilitated the whole ordering process. Everyone was super friendly and all at the same time they were in the weeds with drive-through customers lined up around the block. Excellent customer service in spite of being incredibly busy and great food to boot. Definitely recommend! People don’t ordinarily think that corporate stores can give that down-home, old time customer service vibe that you used to get from the franchise spots. Not true! Thanks!!

very disgusted with the lack of customer service. I called to confirm hours before I drove all the way there (hours were confirmed until 11). I arrived at 1040 and place was closed and employees in their cars waiting to go! if your hours are open until 11 stay open until 11! Never will see my business again. Place has gone down hill now that its operated by all teens.

Usually dont have a problem at this location. However, that ended today. All I ordered was cheese curds and a pepsi. My pepsi tasted like mold. I told cashier who went and got the manager who offered me another soda which I didnt want because if one tastes like mold the others would. I was then offered a water. I asked about refund and was asked again if I wanted a water. If I had wanted water I would have ordered it. She could have given me a coupon for a soda on my next visit, something that adds up to the $2 and change I paid for the soda. So I said I dont want any of those things so I guess I'm just screwed out of the money??? She just walked away.......

Came here for a quick take-out order late in the evening. Service was quick and the food was wonderful. Would definitely order food here again.

This location has been going downhill for sometime. Even if you are specific on your order, these idiots will usually get it wrong. You can tell them MOCHA MOOLATE 4-5 times and they will give you a different one. Or, order Honey Barbecue Chicken Strip Basket and they just give you plain, breaded chicken strips with a small packet of barbecue sauce. Pretty much done with these yahoos

Drive through service is the worst. Rude staff rolling their eyes at customers, and treating customers with dismissive, rude attitudes, then our orders are constantly wrong - wrong food given at the drive through window time and again. CHECK your food here! Check your customer service attitude, DQ. We are NOT fans of this DQ.
