This is my south side of South Bend favorite! Highly recommend the black pepper chicken combination plate and fantastic egg drop soup! I have never had a bad meal here and I have probably ordered here at least 100 times. The portions and prices are more than fair! You are missing out if you haven't tried Oriental Express! Truly a hidden gem.

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant on the south side, very quick and good. We love the crab rangoon, lo mein, and orange chicken. Portions are big so we usually have leftovers at least twice. They’re also very friendly!

Have gone there for years. Portions were large, food was fresh, and orders used to be right. Ordered this evening and the food was disgusting. Half the portions and everything was cold. Sweet and sour sauce was like hard jello all 2 tablespoons. Nothing about this 60.00 meal was worth 5.00. Will never eat there again.
