The food is always great, but the service is terrible. Every time I come in for a pickup the employees will just stare at me for at least 5 minutes before someone decides to help me, a lot of the time they'll even be standing around talking while I'm waiting for service.

Decent food, aside from the rice which is sometimes undercooked. Usually the service is friendly but when I went yesterday the staff just took my payment and gave me my order without a word, no thank you or have a nice day or anything. Basic customer service was very lacking and brings my opinion of the business down.

The staff at this location is very careless, they mix up orders and don't keep the drink machine calibrated properly, the Dr Pepper and Root Beer were disgusting, it was just carbonated water and a pint of syrup, this means the soda ran out and no one went to restock the machine whole shift. I went during a rush but it's the first time I've had a bad experience on a Panda Express during rush time, chow mein was cold and honey shrimp was old.
I should also mention that the ladies' room was disgusting, there was no toilet paper so they put out napkins... the soap dispenser was broken and placed on the sink, The manager of this place is not doing very well with it
