The staff at this location is very careless, they mix up orders and don't keep the drink machine calibrated properly, the Dr Pepper and Root Beer were disgusting, it was just carbonated water and a pint of syrup, this means the soda ran out and no one went to restock the machine whole shift. I went during a rush but it's the first time I've had a bad experience on a Panda Express during rush time, chow mein was cold and honey shrimp was old.
I should also mention that the ladies' room was disgusting, there was no toilet paper so they put out napkins... the soap dispenser was broken and placed on the sink, The manager of this place is not doing very well with it

They cant ever get anything rite. You order online and your food still wont be ready or they'll tell you they didn't get the order. If you go through the drive through expect a long wait. Horrible service and horrible attitudes will not give my money away to them ever again.

orange chicken was good but whoever made that rice around 2pm needa quit they job or something cause that rice slimy asl, also no flavor at all. i know fried rice had a lil flavor to it, so with that being said, ima pass on that 😂

I have been there twice. Same thing everytime. Will definitely NOT go back. Wrong food both times, then was missing food the second time. Lady at drive thru had no care attitude. My wife's food was wrong & not cooked. Wrong rice, wrong noodles, called them & tried to explain manager would not get on phone, got hung up on twice. I want my damn money back.
