Please fix your large cup size to actually fit a cupholder. Or if your large is going to be so bug that it doesnt fit ANY cupholder including the ones that you guys have, at least manufacture a cup holder that will fit. I dont appreciate being told its my fault as a delivery driver that none of my cupholders fit your large cups (but fits All others) and that it is up to me if i want to destroy the interior of my car to deliver an order for your company.

We had issue with the employee Tyree, which I see mentioned in another review from a couple of months ago. Evidently, either they don't look at the reviews, or they don't believe in employee improvement initiatives. We've picked up from here occasionally and it is usually somewhat slow, but today was ridiculous. We waited for 10 minutes for them to take the order of the car in front of us, then waited another 10 minutes at the speaker before they would take our order. When we did order, we were told one of their most common entrees would take another 5 minutes to be ready, and that they hadn't made any fried rice. It would take another 30 minutes if we wanted to wait for that. When we mentioned we had already been waiting for 20 minutes to order, Tyree got snippy with us. Then he was pretty rude when he dropped it off to our car.

Disappointed, only 4.5 shrimp....white rice was so dry and hard it just crumbled when trying to get it on my fork. Orange chicken was dry and hard.

I always get from this location. Great people great service and food. Unfortunately today's greens are old!! Yes there warm but the texture is hard and dried out awful tasting! And that's my favorite part of the plate I order every time.

They never have any food prepared, they always say in 20 minutes and then they still don't have it ready. Management needs to get this place up to their standards if they have any.

This place is a joke. Everytime I go through they never have anything ready. They tell you 20 minutes and you go back in after 30 then they say sorry no chicken today. The employee should come in early and have the food ready by the time the business opens.

I really don't know why I go back to Panda. This place is a sorry excuse for good food unless you want chicken. Went to night and the options were Chicken, Chicken, and more Chicken. No beef what's so after. I guess I have to go back every 10 years to remind me they suck. I guess if all you want is chicken then you'll be in heaven.

Employee Tyree was very rude. The dinning room was very dirty. The napkins, forks, were empty, and when we asked Tyree for utensils, he insisted there was some in the lobby even after I had informed him that it was empty. We ended up leaving and getting forks at a gas station. And No it was not that busy, only 2 other customers were there. I normally love Panda, but this time the service was beyond disappointing.

The first thing that we noticed was that the store was extremely clean inside. Our order was taken with kindness, and we were served promptly despite it being somewhat busy. The food was hot and tasted fresh. We enjoyed dining in the peaceful atmosphere and had a great experience. The dishes we had and recommend are Teriyaki Chicken, Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken, and Beijing Beef.
