I always feel weird enjoying Panera, it's run by all teenagers, but the customers are 90% older folks like me. Good French dipper sandwich and the wifey enjoyed the squash soup.

The service at this restaurant is getting terrible. The person in front of me took forever and I thought since I was only getting an $8.50 cup of soup, I would be helped quickly but I pull up to the window and sit for 3 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Someone comes to the window and tells me my balance however while I had to wait I misplaced the credit card I hurriedly got out because it was just a bowl of soup, so the gal walks away and another 3 minutes and no one. Finally 8 minutes later I got my soup. There are 5 cars in the lot so not busy at all but the kids working were all too concerned with chatting instead of taking care of customers. The prices are way too high for such crappy service.

Love this location. Has a beautiful fireplace with a warm atmosphere.
The food was great as always, love the French onion & broccoli cheddar soups.

The service at this store is outstanding, and the food is excellent. The atmosphere is not quite as good as some paneras I have visited: the space is more empty more open, with fewer private niches for conversations, and as a consequence it is louder and can be a harder for anyone with issues involving hearing or cognitive focus. Otherwise, this is a wonderful place. Highly recommended, with that slight caveat.

I only go out of my way to review CHAINS when they are exceptionally good/bad. This one is exceptionally bad. Do not come here.

This is my 2nd time going to this location. Spaced out about 3 months. Both times I ordered a cookie. It's nearly a $5 cookie. And both times I didn't get one.

This time (today, literally 15 minutes ago from writing this review) I ordered a grilled cheese, I added cheese ($3) and bacon ($3) and caramelized onions. 1) I did not get the added cheese. 2) Whoever prepared it put the bacon on one half of the sandwich and the caramelized onions on the other side. ARE YOU JOKING?

I spent $35 on 2 sandwiches, soup, and a cookie. THIRTY FIVE. Only to get trolled and not even get half of what I paid for. Needless to say I will not be giving this location another visit and will recommend my friends and family to avoid it as well.

This Panera bread place is so terrible the food was cold the service was bad and they were very disrespectful and I found three hairs in my sandwich and I told them and they just shrugged it off and did not do nothing about it. Don’t come to this place. It’s terrible.

Stopped in for a sandwich and found a curly hair in the sauce! Once I complained they just shrugged it off!

The food is always served cold, and the wait times are way too long, even when the place isn’t busy. On top of that, I suspect the soup isn't fresh — it tastes old, and that’s unacceptable when you're paying premium prices. But here’s where it really crosses the line: the hygiene is disgusting. I watched an employee scratch their butt through their pants while preparing food, then go right back to work like nothing happened. No handwashing. No gloves. Just bare hands on bread, soup containers, utensils — it made me nauseous. This place needs a complete reset — new management, serious staff training, and a full health inspection. Until then, I’ll be warning anyone I know to avoid this location at all costs.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Panera location absolutely deserves to be called out. The sandwich-making station is so filthy. Years worth of grime is literally sitting right above all the uncovered food.
There is no attempt to keep things clean or sanitary. It is honestly stomach-turning. For a place that prides itself on ā€œcleanā€ food, this was the exact opposite.
I won’t be back, and if you care about hygiene, I’d suggest you steer clear too.

The manger that’s an older man is rude. Most of the staff there doesn’t even know how to do their job right which makes the customer look bad when the order is wrong and something is forgotten. I would come multiple times a week and will no longer be going there. After how he treated me and how I’ve seen him interact with others.
