I have been ordering from this Papa John’s for the longest time never ever had issue with them till now I Made an online order, got delivered to me. Both pizzas were not even cut and one look like it was dropped on its side. Everything was laying on the side in the box called up talked to manager manager pretty much saying it was my fault the way I ordered them online real rude and just hung up on me. That’s OK because you learned from your mistakes I will never order from this one ever again.

I am not a regular pizza eater. But, when I eat pizza I was always ordering from this store. I regularly was giving tip with my takeout orders. All was going well. But, one day I ordered one and just forgot to give any tip. When I realized I look for options to edit my payment, but I couldn’t as it already went through. Unfortunately, I did not have any cash with me as well on that day.
And voila, that pizza was the worst that I ever had. It literally was a bunch of sauce on a dough with as little as cheese possible. Seriously, when I was trying to lift one slice, it was so saucy without cheese that all my toppings with sauce slide out from my slice.
I thought the pizza prices are for the pizza itself where the tips are for generosity, service, a monetary thank you note. But today I have learned that tips are the main part of pizza for this store. Thank you for this lesson.
We order here no less the 3 up to 5 times a week! Always HOT, ALWAYS GOOD! TONIGHT THE SMOKED IT! OUR ORDER CAME SOME QUICK IT WAS AS IF IT HAD JUST COME OUT OF THE OVEN! GREAT JOB GUYS! BEST BEST DELIVERY EVER THIS EVENING!

Pizza was in a box but as cold as ice which doesn't make it taste good. There were pepperciinis in the box which I spectacles them I didn't want as I am highly allergic to them, and the people who work there are absolutely incapable of taking an order correctly much less when it comes to handling something being wrong with the order. They said they cant replace or fix the wrong due to companies policies. I would have to reach out to corporate which is in an entirely different country....hmmmm!!!! I will NEVER set foot in the place again.

So I came to get pizza on Friday and unfortunately my car broke down and it was late at night so we had to leave it there. Here we are Monday and my car is still here because of many outside issues but the people here are incredibly nice! When I was working on my car the came out and offered advice and are overall very nice and pleasant people. Then I ordered more pizza to eat while I was working on my car and it tasted amazing and came out super quick. Definitely come here!!!!
