It's Papa Johns, its basically the drive-thu fast food, equivalent of pizza places. You get what you pay for, and as a Papa Johns its ok, mediocre pizza, that on occasion hits the spot, and is going to cost less (and unlikely to ever be as good as), then the premo Italian place that you might otherwise consider.

The delivery driver was very rude and yelled something mean as he walked back to his car because we spent over $60 dollars and forgot to tip and he squealed his tires as he drove off very bad

The pizza was under. Cooked and cold leaking all over the box and my front steps.driver did not ring bell as asked,just left on the steps.I will not order again.

Door dash delivery was super fast and pizza was still hot. Quality and taste of pizza has went downhill tremendously. This is fast food pizza not quite as good as pizza

I was placing an order for pick up I was told they were delivering only .so was going to have it delivered so I ordered food for delivery then I was told computer would not allow that eather the person taking my order I could Barely understand what they were saying.

Papa Johns has become a giant pain in the ass to order from. Ever since you started outsourcing your order taking, it's been painful. First of all, hire people that speak and understand English. Every time it's somebody with a thick accent I can barely understand, and they either mess my order up, or have no idea what they are talking about. Had one tell me that I can only pay over the phone with a card, no cash...even though I was going to pick the pizza up myself. Had another tell me that they don't have the Papa Pairings at all. And yet another messed my order up so bad I had to wait another 15 min at the store for them to make what I actually ordered. I'm done with you now. Never again. Plenty of pizza joints in the area to pick from.

I want my money back. Door dash delivered my pizza to the rental office. I gave the employee who took my order the lot number, but somehow the driver didn't get the info. So, my pizza was cold and I had to drive to retrieve it. I was loyal to you guys for 23 years. This is not acceptable. I won't order from you again. I paid way too much and was treated poorly.
