I ordered 3 large pizzas and breadsticks. I received 2 large pizzas and breadsticks. When I called to complain I was put on hold for 18 minutes before I called back. When the girl answered she apologized the “phone cut up” and the manager was on the phone with another customer and would be with me in 2 minutes. I have ordered from this location a lot over the last year and half. They are the only ones I use for delivery. Always had good service until tonight. Ordered through the app at 4:30 for 8:30 delivery. Got email confirmation for 8:30. Called the store at 9 pm to ask where my pizza was at. Young lady told me it was out for delivery and then proceeded to say have a goodnight and hung before I could say anything. Waited until 9:15 to call back because I still didn’t have any pizza....read full review
