Food here tastes good but unfortunately, my initial experience with this location was toxic. I called in my order and the "Indian sounding" call center operator put my order for "cheese steak" as "cheese sticks" on the Papa's Pair $6.99 special. I arrived before the restaurant prepared my order and it was I who discovered the error shortly after arriving. Still, the cashier, who seemed to be in charge, refused to change the order to cheese steak without ordering it again. When filing a complaint on the company website, their only suggestion was to contact the store and speak to the manager. I believe that step was already taken on the rainy day of food ordering. I can't imagine a POS system that would not enable employees to edit orders. It appears to me that their hiring practices have room for improvement where employees don't put a little higher priority on customers service.

Female night Manager is extremely rude.. haven't they ever heard the customer is always right.. I ordered alfredo believing that I was going to get a pasta they served me sauce in a bowl what am I going to do with sauce in a bowl then had an attitude when I called to see why I had sauce in a bowl when told that's how they sell it I asked why didn't the crew member who took my order let me know it was just sauce in a bowl and not pasta I wouldn't have spent my money on it

The sauce lacked a distinctive flavor, blending into the overall taste. It was a perfectly acceptable pizza for a quick meal, but nothing I would crave. Ultimately, it was a middle-of-the-road experience.

Thought I'd give it a try after years of not having it. It's Papa John's...not even close to the best pizza out there. Seemed to be a lot of extra cheese on the pizzas and something just tasted off. There are much better choices for pizza in the area. The bread sticks were the best part of the meal.

This location does a good job.Corporate outsourced to a 3rd party for phone orders... The representative I spoke with was absolutely terrible.I strongly advise ordering directly from the store by using extension 5 and speaking with the store management.

Called my order in. Unfortunately the man who took my order at the call center got it incorrect. When I told them I needed the order remade I was told it was impossible and the lady was extremely rude to me. Walked away in a complete huff. It’s too bad they couldn’t have just apologized for the mix up. I was happy to wait, just wanted the food I ordered.
